My Doctor is so professional, caring and patient. He responds so quickly with lab and imaging reports. He goes beyond what most doctor's care has become.

I went there on a Thursday night before a long weekend and they said it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait but in the end it was only one hour. I really like their waiting service where you can see your name on the board and see how many more people ahead of you. The nurse saw me took my temperature. The doctor was friendly and quick but got to the point and the place was clean. Much better than any place in Abbotsford

Have gone to this clinic several time's over the years including covid.. it is no longer a walk in clinic and now only does appointments over telephone. Still shows up as a walk in clinic when you search for them. Shame.

although i had little faith in this clinic it is the only place i have a history of going to, with all other locals telling me they won’t accept new patients, i had no choice. set phone appointment for 9:30am they called 1:30pm when i was at work requested a call back and was assured the doctor would get back as soon as he was off the line he currently was on. no call back. impossible to see anyone here don’t waste your time.

about 4 yrs ago saw the woman’s doctor made an appointment over 1 month in advance, showed up the day of and was told there was no record of my appointment. woman doctor got me in anyway and did the tests i requested, upon completion waiting for referral papers at the reception desk she came running out to the waiting room to tell me i was too young to do the testing she had already completed, and said she won’t be sending it in. IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM.
DO NOT EVER GO HERE. i’m now being treated in a different city for something that i asked her to test for years ago and is now too far along for a good outcome. absolutely disgusting practice. not sure how this is still running the way that it is.

I have been going to this clinic since 2016. This is the best clinic with wonderful doctors whom actually care about their patients and take time to get to know them. Covid has but a giant strain on health care and things will never be the same as post 2020 but this clinic has done their best best with the harsh restrictions put on them by the government and you can just tell everyone working here truly has a passion for helping others!! I’d definitely recommend this clinic

Many of the negative reviews are based on the experience of the system in general, IMO, and not really this clinic. Phone call pre-appointments? That's the norm for many clinics. Post Covid so many things have changed.

YES the process is to make a phone appointment first. Do it earlier in the morning to get on the queue. I have never been missed in all my years (since 2015 maybe?!).

This clinic is wonderful, Dr VT is amazing, he listens and is open minded. The staff are always nice. I forgot all my paper work one time at the clinic, and instead of making me go all the way back they emailed me. Such a nice thing to do.

I am very happy to have been going here for years. Thank you!

After 3 years here they cut me off for prescription renewals with NO NOTICE. Acting as if locality has something to do with it but it does not. They don’t give a cr&p about you. Never forget that!! Some little b!ch there loves her job BTW. Could hear her smiling through the phone. No compassion left in this industry. Been paying taxes here my whole life and deserve far better treatment than received here. She should post her face for public awareness and abuse!

I have been dealing with this clinic for years! The receptionists and all Doctors are amazing! Fast efficient professional and find out exactly what your health concerns are. They are personable and care. I once went for a second opinion and they found out what the health issue was immediately. Keep doing what you expertise in. Thank you for looking after us. Let’s get back to the respect they deserve. They are highly recommended! A big thank you to all of you!
