I had a Bespoke Facial and it was beyond my expectations. A lovely, relaxing atmosphere made me feel so comfortable. Using very natural products made my skin feel rejuvenated and I learned so very much about the epidermis. Now I can properly take care of my skin with the consultation I received. Always a complete delight and top-notch fabulous experience. Aura and Jo provide a very relaxing and enjoyable space, with an easygoing, positive, welcoming, clean and comfortfortable atmosphere, and high quality treatments and products. They are very knowledgeable and simply excellent at what they do, not to mention just wonderful people who are extremely pleasant to be around, talk to, and do business with. Would recommend to others without a doubt, 100%. Have been a repeat client for many many years, and always will be. I just wish I could go more often!! Thank you for always being so dependably awesome!!

I have been coming here for 3 years now. I don’t get beauty things done often but when I do Palm and Cedar is the only place I go! I have very restrictive allergies that can make it quite difficult but Joe is always more than accommodating in finding what works best for me. Every time I come here it’s the most relaxing time, with the most lovely people. Thank you Palm and Cedar ❤️

Edit: VERY UPSET as after 5 days my nails started to bubble and chip!!!! I had gotten the gel nail polish so it could last longer for my holiday so I was not expecting it to do that. Highly disappointed as this was expensive and supposed to last for a lot longer than 5 days!! My nails are very fragile now and constantly breaking and splitting. I will NEVER get this done again here. VERY upset about this happening.

First time for a manicure and Aura did a wonderful job. I’m very happy and can’t wait to come back again

Lovely, peaceful place. Great communication with Aura who did a great job on my pedi. I don't go into a salon purely for salon services. I want to have a connection with the people there. Prices are very competitive with other places on the island, but the atmosphere is so much better. I feel like I'm part of a team.

Such a wonderful experience! Jo was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me find out things about my skin I didn't know. I went in for a bespoke facial and it was hands down the best facial I have ever had. 3 days later and I can't stop looking at my skin! Having being someone who has always had troubled skin I am so happy I have finally found the place to help me reach my skin goals one day.
