The worst experience ever!
This place is a disaster! They cheat customers!
Never go there if you want good service and the ability to return items.

They showed us one nice fence panel, so we decided to buy more. There was no way to see everything, only promises that the rest of the panels would look like that.

We were prepared to receive the delivery on Monday, but we received it on Friday, when we were not there. They just left it in the yard without even notifying us about the delivery. We did not have a chance to see what we were getting or do an inspection in front of the employees.

The fence panels turned out to be completely different than we saw. They were ugly, damaged, with cracks and the base was rotten.

Customer service is non-existent there. The lady who answered the phone had a problem writing down my phone number to find the order. After 3 hours I had to call back to ask if she had found the order. Every time I said what I wanted from them she said she would call me back and hung up without warning. Never call me back, I had to do it.

The gentleman who supposedly considered the possibility of a refund only said "I don't have to explain myself to you. There will be no refund" and hung up.

When I tried to talk later with them the phone was not answered or was rejected.

The behavior of the employees with disconnecting the call is very rude. there is no conversation with them

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! The workmanship is far from quality! The screws used aren't correct for the application! Response time for issues is extensive! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

My experience at the store was really disappointing. I went there to buy something, but the man working there kept telling us they were closing soon, which made us feel rushed. Also, the prices were much higher than other places. Overall, I'd rate it 1 out of 10 and would not recommend it to others.

My husband and I bought panels from Timberland and I would not recommend this company. Panels arrived and within 2 days gaps between them appeared. We tried calling and explaining that the product is faulty but after 7 calls (no return calls at all) they are not taking the responsibility for releasing a faulty product at all. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. We will not be using them again.

Found out about Timberland when I googled fence panels. Went to the store and was helped quickly. Placed an order and paid with Visa which they processed that day. I have been waiting weeks for the delivery of my fence panels. Everytime I call to get a delivery date the female that answers the phone tells me she will call me back. Never calls. When I call back she apologizes and tells me she will check order and call back....Never does. This has gone on for days. I have contacted Visa to arrange to have purchase removed. Funny thing..They also billed instantly for the $100 delivery fee.

OMG~ I am so frustrated with this company!!
My dad has ordered some materials and only part of them were delivered. He paid it in FULL the day he ordered. It took them over a week to deliver because some were custom made. When I added one more panel later I promised to pay $100 cash to the delivery guy ($79+tax came to $100...wonder how? I asked for explanation but no answer still) When the delivery guy came he was missing few stuffs including $100 panel.
When I called Kim to see why we are missing some stuff she kept saying "You didn't pay 100 $, you didn't pay 100$..." I told her "I DIDN'T PAY CUZ I DIDN'T GET THE PANEL!" And besides I am still missing some stuff that's been paid. She said she will sort it out and call back.....BUT she never calls back, as expected. They NEVER call you back!!!
I AM still waiting for Chen to call me back for missing orders.....will update when I actually get ALL the orders.

UPDATE: We ended up going there and pick up the rest of the stuff ourselves. Extra panel we ordered came to $95 (price changed from on the phone).

The owner I assume, or acted like he was (Old indian guy), came off as extremely rude. Would not let you choose panels as there appeared to be a handful of them with holes, gaps, etc and he had a fit about not being able to choose what you buy? Makes zero sense to me. As a customer, you should have the right to choose what you are buying. Worst customer experience and guy cannot be trusted as he comes off shady. Better off getting your materials at Home Depot. Stay away.

I will never purchase our fence products here again. Disorganized, untimely, and blatantly lied to me about my order. We were supposed to have our delivery on saturday, no one called to let me know our order didn't make it on the truck. They then told me we could have the panels delivered Monday morning.. Monday morning I call in and I was told my order had already left the yard. Two hours later, I get a call that my order is leaving right now, will be here shortly. We don't have time during the week to install the fence, like we planned for the weeekend. Asked to do a return instead as we have no where to keep the panels until we can do the fence project now. Was refused a return by two company employee's. Still sitting here waiting for my delivery! Do NOT use this company. They are unreliable, and have no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed, and will not buy from these guys again.. Especially after a $100 delivery charge, and they can't even deliver on time! Excuse was "rain" on the weekend. Just ridiculous.
