Wished they picked up the phone more, called about 3 times everyday for the last week. But, when we go to the shop, it has been good and they had what we needed, with extra advice, so that is worth a lot to us. But to drive up from Sechelt and back 50 km not knowing if they have what we want, a quick call would be really nice to save time and gas for clients. Thanks guys, overall still happy 🙂

I would love to give this garden store five stars, because there is an amazing selection of plants, seeds and products here. I shopped here for years and it was always my first choice. However I’ve recently had two very negative experiences with an “expert” gardener named Lorenzo who works here. I’m a young mother and he treated me like I shouldn’t even be gardening because I had lots of questions. The other time, I was helping out an elderly couple with their sick plants, came here with questions (with the intention to buy products here to help) and he suggested that I know so little I shouldn’t even try and be involved, and should instead hire him to do it! This elderly couple loves their plants and can’t afford to hire someone expensive to help. How do you learn without asking questions? I will now go to a garden store where I feel more respected. Little does this patronizing man know, gardening is my biggest passion and I will continue to strive to be an excellent gardener, and there are many experts who will give me a kinder quality of guidance and support.

I had a nice shop for a cute Venus fly trap when picking up some dog food for my old girls. The lady was SO helpful reading ingredients and when I forgot my reading glasses. Great customer service and friendly staff everywhere!!

I dropped by the store and was so amazed by the selection of plants. My husband and I were helped by Gaby and Betty (they wereso patient we had so many questions!). We bought lovely perennials, annuals and several baby trees..all waiting for their permanent homes. Good quality and the lay out of the store is excellent. Highly recommend 👌

Awesome store for stuff for gardening with a huge selection, staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a huge pet selection and carry livestock feed.

I love this place. I have multiple animals, live on a farm and own a landscaping company so it really is the perfect one stop shop. The staff are so lovely, always giving my little puppy Selina treats, the garden folks are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere/decor so welcoming.
