The parking and registration here makes me avoid this place. I really dislike having register for "free" parking, so much. It is not free if you have to go to a kiosk or using my phone to register. I am paying with data on my usage. So I don't if I have to go there I am in and out as fast as I can so no extra shopping no exploring. There are a bunch of business I would like to explore but not with that parking situation.

Went to Green Leaf for a bowl of pho, in and out within 40 min. End up with a $65 ($90 after 10 days) parking ticket from Indigo Parking. And realize they want me to register my plate when parked on the surface parking lot for a free 90 min parking session. I have parked in every single mall parking lot in great Victoria area, this is the only one that requires plate registration. Guess what, you don't get my business any more. There are plenty of options out there I can park and have a quick bite without scanning a bar code and get my plate registered. You guys suck! And by the way, I'm not paying the ticket, come get me you losers!

Went for an expensive dinner and got a $65 ticket that's $90 after 10 days. The only place in the area where you can get this great deal. Park anywhere else for free and you don't even need to register.

We were really hopeful for a community oriented space but it's just another retail space. We don't get great cell service and you have to register for "free" parking on your phone. If you don't you get fined $65-90 which further contradicts having an available 3rd space to just BE. They patrol regularly.

Wow I really enjoyed shopping at Colwood Corners the morning of Saturday January 4th 2025.
Plenty of parking 🅿️ as I have a knee issue and require the disability spots. However, very wide regular spots and was easy to get in and out of my car.

Parking rules make it a hassle. Even though there are a lot of great businesses there, I now go elsewhere.

What a Terrible mall. They let a predatory company like Onni ticket you if you don't register to park while shopping. It's nuts. No wonder people avoid this whole place.

The complex has no visitor parking for visitors to residents. So when I visit someone I use up my daily 1.5 hour allotment of free parking. After visiting with my friend I have no time to visit Save on Food, London Drugs, or any of the various restaurants without paying nearly $3 an hour. It just makes more sense (and dollars) to drive to thriftys, Denny's or Wendy's across the street.
