Please be very careful. My family prepaid $6000 upfront as we are desperate for healthcare. I went there yesterday for a Pap test as I am a cancer survivor. Jordan promised that they could do the exam. When I showed up I was told by a nurse practitioner that they were not set up to do them and do not have the supplies. I started crying as I always have so much anxiety getting my pap in fear the cancer has come back. This did not help. Please believe the negative reviews on here as they are all saying the same thing. The appointment availability is not great and he will not give refunds. We sent him a demand letter as it is illegal to make people pay up front . As a client there was zero availability indefinitely on the app as well as zero availability for there navigator program. Also he promised his nurse practitioner could help fill out forms for our special needs daughter which we were told they couldn’t do . Positive reviews are easy to pay for. When we arrived it’s not even in an office it’s a closet sized room in a pharmacy. We were horrified. We have zero confidence in care2talk . He misrepresented the services provided. Every question my husband and I asked him he said yes to everything to get us to pay upfront . He is still refusing to issue a full refund . He did refund my husband but not me or our children. You are LYING you refunded my husband not me and my kids.

Firstly, this is NOT a clinic. It is literally a small closet-sized room INSIDE the cridge pharmacy. There's no actual clinic, no parking, and no other staff involved in the clinic besides an MOA who works from home. So other than one practitioner, there's no staff. Not sure you can call this a clinic.

The guy who operates this clinic, Jordan, is quite literally a con artist. He has NO medical background, I have no idea why he thinks he has the right to not only open a private medical clinic but direct patient's care!

Prior to joining this clinic, I phoned and spoke with Jordan personally. I explained I had a complex health background and was on a strict treatment and prescription plan. He assured me they could meet my every need.

Upon my first visit I was informed that no practitioner in the practice was able to meet my health needs. I can't describe the pure horror of learning I won't have my needed medical support moving forward.

Now I'm out $260 a month for a clinic who can't do anything for me, and I have no doctor who can! I wish I had listened to the poor reviews when I originally looked into care2talk.

I ended up in the hospital, extremely sick for a week long admission due to the extreme gaps in my care.

This practice is a complete mess. It's worth talking to a lawyer if you have been involved with this place. Keep your money and get waitlisted for a proper clinic.

EDIT: your response is disgusting. Completely disregard all the untreated health issues you left me with after LYING about your clinic. Shame on you. I'm going to the news.

Exceptional care from start to finish!

The team at Care2Talk are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and caring. From the moment I walked into their clinic, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The facility is modern and spotless which added to the overall positive experience. My care provider was attentive, explained everything clearly and took the time to address my health concerns. I highly recommend for anyone looking for primary care in a comfortable environment.

I found the Nurse Practitioner to lack friendliness, was rushed, unprepared and unfamiliar with my file. I have had better experiences with a walk in clinic. She also was unable to prescribe one of the medications I needed. I had to be referred to another clinician:

Update: I scheduled an appointment with the other clinician and received a message from Care2talk reminding me of the appointment today at 11:00 am. I didn’t receive a call. I waited 15 minutes and then called the Victoria clinic. I was told the clinician only does in person visits. I explained a phone message had been left for me requesting I make a virtual appointment. At no time was. I told the Nurse Practitioner has some in person days and some virtual days. I was given another number to call and told my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. I explained I had booked it for today and received a reminder it was today. I was told, yes, it had been rescheduled for tomorrow because it was a virtual appointment. No one contacted me to tell me the appointment had been rescheduled for a virtual day. When I scheduled the appointment there was no indication of virtual vs. In person days. No one asked me if I was available at the time the appointment was rescheduled. I am trying to be patient but it seems this private service has alot of kinks to work out.

Do your research, read the fine print thoroughly, understand all services and what is NOT included, fully educated yourself on ALL legal terms and conditions....... not as advertised.
Completely cleaned out my partners bank account with promising services and patient coverage that weren't.

Excellent virtual healthcare experience! The nurse practitioners at Care2Talk are professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. Appointments are easy to book, and the consultation process is smooth. The convenience of receiving quality medical care from home is unbeatable. Looking forward to the new in person clinic opening in Qualicum Beach this spring!

Not recommended, look elsewhere.

We prepaid approx $6000 due to the fact that we were desperate for some kind of healthcare. Since Jordan answered "yes" to all of our questions, we joined.

We booked an appointment for a Pap test for my wife (a very important test for my wife as a cancer survivor). This is an important, and very stressful test for her, as this is how her cancer was found previously. We went to the appointment with the nurse practitioner. We sat in the tiny office (my wife calls it a closet) in the pharmacy and waited. After seeing the nurse practitioner, she told us that she could not perform the test, as the proper equipment was not there. My wife broke down, and anxiety took over, and we left. When we got home, I called Jordan and asked for a full refund, and a closed account, based on misrepresentation of services. Jordan refunded the initial account member (me), but is still refusing to refund my wife and kids.

I have zero faith in this company.

Compounding the issue is the request for documentation we need for our special needs daughter, which we were promised could be done. They stumbled on this as well, saying yes, no, then yes again. Again, zero faith.

Other factors are the appointment availability that "will get better". I'm not convinced it will. Also, I tried to book an appointment with a Health Navigator, but found none. Maybe that's a future thing? No idea, not my problem.

Jordan says they've been doing this for 4.5 years and they can be trusted. Maybe virtually(?) but I believe the in-person side is very new. Growing pains? I don't know, not my problem, I just want out of this relationship.

NOT RECOMMENDED. We had a terrible experience, prompting me to ask for a full refund. That was denied, then I received a partial refund. Not good enough. Based on our experience, we have zero faith in this organization, and want nothing to do with them. Join at your own risk.

If you've had a bad experience, you should report them to consumer protection and the Ministry of Health.
