Annabel is an amazing RMT. Professional, caring, and always full of positive energy. She has a real gift for reading my body and knowing exactly where the pain is and what needs attention. Every session feels like magic, and I always leave feeling so much better.

What I really appreciate is how in tune she is with my energy. Some days we have great conversations, and other times she gives me the quiet space I need to just relax and reset. She’s incredibly thoughtful and intuitive.

The only challenge is finding an appointment that works with my work schedule. She’s popular for a reason! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate massage therapist.

My first appointment with Coast and with Liam. Reception area was clean, bright and comfortable; the receptionist welcoming, friendly and polite. My appointment began right on time. Liam was a patient listener as I explained my condition. His physical examination was, in my opinion, thorough and he asked many questions as well as answering clearly the many I had throughout his examination and subsequent treatment. I was completely satisfied with the treatment he gave and his explanation of why he provided that form of treatment.

I have been getting my treatments at Coast Therapy with Kashish. I can only rave about how patient and kind he is. He takes his time to explain things to me and very reassuring the whole time. I highly recommend Kashish for physiotherapy treatments.

I do not recommend this clinic as I had a bad experience with them on June 28, 25. The physiotherapist Anu (Annie), used up my whole followup ICBC physiotherapy session to complete the ICBC extension request without providing me any treatment. I thought that after I answered some questions she would provide some treatment, but after she finished the form, she just ended the session without providing me any treatment.

I am truly upset as I set time out of my busy day to attend a followup physiotherapy appointment to get treatment to heal from injuries, not for the therapist to use my session to only do admin work. Therefore, Anu wasted one of my treatment sessions as no treatment was provided, but I was told the session was still billed to ICBC.

When I called back to talk about my concerns, the receptionist told me she could relay my concerns to the clinical director and the director will contact me back. I agreed to have her pass my concerns to the director and I waited to hear back from the director. However, later the receptionist called me back and said the clinical director said that the physiotherapist Anu should deal with this issue herself. Thus, the director did not even bother to contact me to talk to me about this issue. The receptionist also said that Anu used my whole session to fill out the form as the form is "5 pages" and I have not been there in a while. I don't think this excuse is valid and makes me feel that it is unethical what Anu did. Hearing this, I felt even more upset as it makes me feel that even management doesn't care and value me as a patient. Also, the receptionist said Anu offered to provide me a "pro bono" session at a specific time later on in the same day. I have a busy schedule with childcare and other responsibilities and cannot drop everything to go to another session, to make up for the treatment session she should have provided initially.

All in all, I definitely do not recommend supporting this clinic. There are better clinics out there that value their patients and actually use appointment times appropriately.

I have been going to Coast for years and always had such positive and professional experiences, however today I tried the acupuncture and it was awful. He was so rude and unprofessional. He was texting and on his phone as he was giving me the after treatment exercises. I told him my leg was extremely sore and he pressed hard and when I told him it hurt, he laughed and said I had a low pain tolerance. It was disappointing and although I won't hesitate to go back for RMT, chiro or physio I will NEVER go back to the acupuncturist. Awful
