This is the absolute worst place for a senior to live do not bring your parents here unless you want them to be abused and lied to by Jackie Angel ! Jackie Angel thinks she's in control of all the residents in the building. Of course there's rules that need to be followed but she makes up her own rules and will literally go to their room and tell them if they don't cooperate with her she will evict them !! Scaring people in their 80s with eviction? This is not good !
The food is disgusting and small you will find your father or mother malnourished with extreme weight loss within the first year. I am planning a better place for my father to go somewhere where they will treat him with respect! After reading this they better not go threaten him with eviction.

Over one month ago I brought two pieces of luggage to my mother in the assisted living building. Inside of the suitcases or personal papers and pictures dating back to the 1950s. The staff told me they would bring them upstairs to her. She never got them never knew I dropped them off! When my mother asked about it today Jackie Angel told her
"I don't know where they are and that there was only papers and pictures in them"! I really would like to know how they knew what was inside of the suitcases and what does she mean by ONLY!!!!?

My Grandma lived here for two and a half years and thestaff were all very caring and professional. One of the nurses even came and brushed and styled her hair every day. They really do care about the people they work with. The facility looks older but is clean and well cared for plus they're building and doing lots of upgrading.

My family member passed away this past weekend and today we went to pick-up his belongings. When we got there his stuff was sitting out on the sidewalk. No staff member was there to stay with his things or to say anything about losing our family member. I realize everyone has to be careful with covid but not heartless. Shame on you.
