The boxes moved while using my phone. Cleanliness is great, laundry fabulous, staff are friendly and welcoming. loved special events, performances, movie nights, trivia and karaoke in the evenings. The recreation department is wonderful. Great music time. Disappointed that the Parkinsons music group time has been reduced.

Regular information received from the Director of Care and constant updates from the nurses on duty. Very friendly and hard working care aides - always welcome you with a smile and a greeting and they look after residents with care and compassion. Bed linen is always clean and fresh.

Overall the staff seem to generally care about their clients/residents. I have seen the cleaning staff, males, to be a little more self involved on their work and not with due care for the residents. The nurses overall have been great.!!

The staff at the Madison have all been absolutely amazing with the dedicated care and attention they have provided to my mother and our family for the last 5 years. We are eternally grateful their wonderful professionalism and continued efficiency.

Very pleased with one on one time spent with our loved one. Attentive staff.. overall cleanliness of rooms and facility. Consistent display of professionalism and conduct . Staff do not appear over loaded with performing their duties with overall individual care.

How the staff encourage my husband to participate in the events held by the center also encouraging him to socialize with the other residents and the care given each resident by all staff as individuals not just bodies it is noticeable and assuring to me that we have chosen the perfect care center for him

The support my cousin has received at the Madison Care Centre has been excellent in all ways. The staff are attentive, competent, and always friendly and cheerful. My cousin loved the care she received. In addition the facility is tastefully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. As her primary family member it has been comforting to know that she was happy and didn't want for anything else. I am so very grateful. Thank you

The Madison was the perfect place for my mom. The home is gorgeous, with an accessible outside yard with flowers, trees and a fishpond. Inside, it’s clean and well kept and you’re welcome to drop in for a visit any time during the day. The staff is attentive and caring. They keep the environment meticulously clean, and care for their residents the same way, with love and attention. There are lots of in house activities and also trips to outside events. And the meals are great. Also, if the family ever has questions, the management is very responsive and happy to help.
I highly recommend the Madison for anyone looking for a home for their loved one. Management and employees all work hard and provide a clean, loving home, with plenty of activities and lots of love.
