I have been wearing glasses for 60 years and I have never found a more friendly co-operative shop before. Frame choices are very good and service to fit and repair glasses [my fault] are always done quickly and cheerfully. Prices are also very reasonable. Please check them out and you will not be disappointed

We've been coming to New Trend for years and always receive top notch technical support and value in our glasses. Last week I accidentally broke my glasses and was desperately blind without them. I took my glasses parts in a plastic bag to the store just as Ryan was opening for the morning. In less than 5 minutes, I had my glasses back and could continue on with my busy day. I want to acknowledge and thank Ryan for his incredible technical skill and assistance when a customer really needs assistance, truly appreciated.

I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life, never have I had such an enjoyable eye glasses shopping experience. Great experience at New Trend Optical, the owner and knowledgeable staff; Jim and Ryan were experts in the field of eye wear and very pleasant to deal with.
My story: There was a knick in the paint of my newly ordered and made glasses, literally like a dot like this . Mentioned to the staff, and without asking the owner said, “we’ll order and make you new ones” honestly I was ok fixing with a blue marker but Jim said that’s not what you ordered.

Thank you Ryan for your being patient, and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Jim for making me feel like a valued ViP customer. Will definitely be back after benefits renew! Lol

Both Jim and Ryan have been very helpful in filling my prescription for lenses and in resetting them in new frames when my old ones broke. They are friendly and accommodating and I would highly recommend their services.
