I cannot say enough about The Waterford Bria Community in Tsawwassen. The staff that run both the independent living and care floors are amazing. The outstanding devotion they have shown both my parents over the past several years has been amazing. Their caring attitudes, professionalism and love for their clientele is exhibited by all staff. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful home for our parents.

For my husband and I, it is our second Senior home that we live in. What a wonderful home we have here. I live in independent living and my husband live in the care centre.
We both appreciate to be able to live very close and to be together many hours a day, while we both have the level of care we need.
The Waterford has a many common areas such as a large dining room, a country kitchen, a tv room, a lounge area, a library and several garden spaces. All spaces are meant to invite the Waterford community to gather and interact at specially planned activities. But you can spend quiet times there too.
The entire staff is great very professional and warm. They go out of their way to help and make use feel at home.
In one sentence: we live on a stationary cruise! Good administrator, good recreation, good food, very good care, nice apartments, and the list goes on and on...
The Waterford is our home, and it merits 5 GOLDEN STARS!

My mother was recently in the care centre at the Waterford and I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for the staff who cared for her. We know she felt safe and had real affection for the nurses and aids who were involved in her care. The centre itself is comfortable and the food exceptional.

My mother has been a resident at the Waterford in Tsawwassen for over 7 years and we have been very happy with her care. Whenever we visit, we enjoy the food in the dining room. The staff has been friendly and helpful. We will be coming in May, hopefully to eat chocolate!

Having looked at several places for Mom in the Lower Mainland, the search was over as soon as we toured Waterford. Considerate, caring staff. Very supportive of family. Mom has been at Waterford for over five years and fit in well from the start. She is very happy there.

We have had my mother in the Waterford Seniors home for 13 years.
12 years in Independent Living and 1 year in Care.
We have been very happy. She has been very happy.
I said I would never put my mother in a place I wouldn't live in.

A wonderful space for senior residents to live as independently as they wish, and have a care option available in house if/when they decline physically or mentally. Large variety of activities to choose from, as well as a private bus that they share with their sister site down the street. Extremely convenient location which is great for those who want to get out of the house on their own to run errands and things, without needing a vehicle.
