I've been going to Soho cannabis store for a few months now and I try many others cannabis store in Powell River, but there's nothing compared to Soho Cannabis store! They have a great selection of qualities products and the price range are good! But what make Soho cannabis the best in town is the employees! They are really professional and friendly! They know their products and know what to recommend for their customers! I always have a great experience there and I recommend to go there for everyone if you want a good customer experience and a good product at the end!

Very friendly staff, Matt is always so knowledgeable and always knows what I want before I can even say it! If you want somewhere that stands behind quality and value, this IS the place. Great selection of products and always have what I want and need in stock at all times! Never a lineup so always a fast transaction to get back to relaxing at home! Definitely give them a look if you haven’t yet!!

Nice store! Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They just opened in June, I believe, and everytime I go in, there is new product or two to check out. Mathew and Cody are great and extremely knowledgeable and have been able to answer any questions I have had.

Bad customer service. Entered the store with a mask on. Customers were congested near the entrance/exit in conversation with cashier. As I walked further into the store to social distance myself the cashier rudely called out for my ID. Cashier waved me over to counter to see my ID and remove my mask while continuing to converse with the others whom I was now breaking social distance with. I snatched my ID back and was told to watch my attitude. Without speaking I left and will not be back. Totally harsh’d my vibe. Maybe the staff here should be taught how to address customers.

I have the most gratitude for a store that provide you with excellent products to deal with my chronic pains. They greet you with warmth and provides you with the knowledge of the products! I have tried several ones from the losanges to the infused chocolate which is a life saver for me and their CBD drinks! Thank you to everyone there!!!

I was greeted with a smile 😀, also great knowledge👨🏽‍🎓about what he was promoting and selling💵💰 ! If all your employees are so easygoing🌝 as Shafi, you'll beat 🥊 the other competitors,(😜GOV.CA🤑) homebound‼ I honestly don't ever leave post promoting anywhere let alone for someone !!!
