On the whole , the transit is great. BUT today, a holiday, I arrived 7 mins before scheduled arrival, but still missed the bus. I would urge the drivers to keep to the schedule as much as possible. It is a challenge to organize community participation using the bus, let alone bathroom breaks, especially for seniors. My stop is at the end of the line, so mb tempting to just carry on? But also an opportunity to get back on schedule. Thanks to all the great drivers I see almost every day. Running late is not great but really early is devastating.

I hit a deer so was riding the bus for a while, its the same as it's ever been, the drivers are quick which is good, latency times are still within margin of accessibility

Consistently delayed and the seats on bus 9211 smell like unwashed bottoms. On the whole, barely adequate.

The amount you pay one way is expensive compared to other communities. I do like the bus drivers but the website is horrible. I kept looking and got errors.

Usually late, not on time, love the seats in the bus, but if the schedule is different please post it asap, dont like standing in the cold for a bus that shows up 20mins late.

It simply isn't done properly for the most part, the only reason is 2 stars is because the drivers are friendly
