So they say be there at 11 am on Tuesday and Thursdays ok. I show up today Thursday and they double booked me and never thought to call saying that they can't get her in. Oh but yes they said they called and talked to me called telling me this information so i showed them no calls from them on my phone now they are saying they told me while i was there in the mornimg they double booked. Why would i come back if they had told me. Very poor scheduling skills. The lady story changed everytime i proved they didn't do what they said. Then proceeds to twll me go to the parkwood. I would but she is registered at this place and this is where i was told to bring the child. Not impressed with the staff there at all. not even a sorry just a it's my fault because i didn't listen. BS...
