My Dad has been a resident of The PG Chateau for 3.5 years, and our family is beyond grateful for the level of care and care-ING he has received! His needs aren't always straightforward, and he has been embraced as a valued member of the community along with being supported with kindness by the staff. They really do go to the next level. Communication with staff members has always been helpful and productive. I'm so grateful for Jessica, Catherine, Jason, and many other members of the crew who have made his stay there so special. (and also, his room is spacious and lovely, as are the shared spaces in the facility).

I went in for a tour last week and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The building is big and bright and has gorgeous flower baskets lining the entry. When i was there they were hosting a happy hour with drinks and one of the staff was dancing with a resident.

Awesome place to live with amazing staff. My parents lived there. They have delicious healthy food, home baked treats and variety of food choices. Staff went out of their way to help us with any extra things and were supportive. Complex is kept extremely clean , outside beautifully maintained. Affordable with lots of daily activities and a shuttle for those who don't drive. I highly recommend and would live there when older.

We recently put a deposit on a unit at PG Chateau for an elderly family member. We were very grateful that the whole team there, especially Jessica, made the process so easy and smooth. We definitely feel as though our family member will be well supported there and will be joining a wonderful community.

My Aunt has recently moved in. The staff are amazing. The Chateau is maintained beautifully and my Aunt loves all the meals she’s had. Many activities daily for the residents. I would highly recommend.

I love the environment here! The staff goes above and beyond to help residents to live their best retirement lives. There's live music, amazing food, and a bright and welcoming atmosphere- pop in and check it out!

My parents live in the Chateau. They are treated really well, served good food, and provided with a variety entertainment. This community is much better managed and seems much more caring than where they lived in Kelowna.
