Excellent experience, from 1st phone call to pickup. Friendly staff, provide honest information. Got my snowblower in on short notice and was back to me in less than 48 hours. Front of counter staff were helpful and mechanic. Nick, was fantastic. Called and discussed options and provided a genuine "if it was mine I'd.." Worked out fantastic, will be back when back ordered parts arrive. Meanwhile have use of the machine. Fantastic experience!

I am no pro I would actually class my self as a complete new noob when it comes to chainsaws as I've never used or owned one, came in with the intent of hoping to maybe learn a little bit more about chainsaws and a couple saws that I actually found online. I was helped by a gentleman for at least 45 minutes on what to look for in buying used saws and how to properly check them. Also gave me a great feeling that I could come back and ask any question at any point in time! This felt amazing especially considering seeing a bunch of bad reviews saying that the customer service wasn't good or things like that I actually quite found the customer service to be excellent and top-notch to the point where I plan on just going back for more information and talking!

Took in an old spring for a replacement but they didn’t have anything similar. They did me a solid though and repaired the end for free, so didn’t need a new one. Really friendly staff. Thanks for the help!!

Stay away from this company! Bad service, expensive and not worth your business. I brought a lawnmower in for service. Was told it would be ready in 2 days. It wasn't ready for 3 wks. I brought it in for a tune up, 200$ later no call no support. I had to rent a lawnmower twice !
Beware of this company , there are lots of other service companies that value their customers.

We recently bought a ride on mower from here and we were impressed by the knowledge and professional advice that we received from the staff. They took time to answer all our questions and more. It was a real pleasure to do business with them and without question we will be back in the future. The mower was of excellent quality and we highly recommend anyone to shop at this store.
