I was sitting with my friend as she called this clinic on speaker-phone.
Nothing but rudeness and swearing presented by a so-called "Woman" named Kristie.
Kristie didn't even take her JOB seriously with the amount of rudeness she handed. Then, didn't take my friend's problem seriously either.
My friend called back after calming down and Kristie then passed the phone to the other lady, on quote "because she couldn't handle her job"?, If you can't take your job seriously, don't work there! Same with the lady who talked to my friend after Kristie, she talked to my friend as if she was a stupid-baby! Very unprofessional. My friend called the third time, just to get hung up on. So she continued calling, looking for answers, looking to see if they actually care. Just for them to tell her if she continues calling, they'll call the police?, call them about what? Not doing their job? And wasting time of the emergency line when they have Better stuff to do? Call the non emergency, non professional Dummies! And GET PROFESSIONAL TOO.
