I'm a nervous patient but the staff were great.
Didn't feel rushed when the healing process and instructions were explained at the end of my procedure. The nurse was helpful, knowledge and empathetic.
What can I say about Dr Nasseri, he is personable, and professional. He did my skin cancer surgery 6 years ago and the scar is nearly invisible. I needed the MOHS procedure again, unfortunately, and was sure to request the referral was made to Healthy skin..

Worst devastating experience ever!!!!!!!!! Had sclerotherapy done for my spider veins and varicose veins and my legs are in much worse condition than before I had it done!!!! Was told originally I would need three treatments and I would be good ,but after each treatment they would get worse a few weeks later. When I pointed it out they denied it and said I would just need more treatments . Maybe three more or six more or maybe it would be part of my life now. Having been looking forward to wearing my shorts this summer but my legs are such a mess that is not an option. I have bulging veins now I didn't have before I started.

I was also accused of not paying for my compression stockings , until they investigated their records to find I had been wrongly accused. Was also phoned an hour before one of my appointments to be told I was late and my appointment would be canceled. When I got there I had to prove that was not the case and thankfully I had a copy of the appointment they had texted me. No apology .
I regret ever going near this place !!!! I spent a lot of money for legs I now have to hide!!!!!

Long overdue review - Visited Dal in 2021 for the STOP acne program. Spending thousands of dollars each year on skincare was a lifestyle I had to open up to but I’m SO glad it was an investment I made under her guidance. My acne is under now control, my skin looks great (besides the occasional hormonal flareups) and have not really changed my routine because it works! I haven’t visited for some time now but continue to order my skincare over the phone. Very helpful in replenishing my stock and usually reaches me within 1 business day. Highly recommend!

My experience at the Healthy Skin Center was simply amazing. I was very hesitant to go at first. Not knowing what to expect. I had basal cell cancer just above my upper lip on the left side. I received Mohs surgery.
Once I walked through their door, I got a very warm and welcoming feeling. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.
Dr. Eiman Nasseri and nurse Hayley are also very friendly, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly went over everything with me before and during the surgery. I felt very comfortable in their care.
I am extremely happy with my results and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lili Nasseri and her team are simply AMAZING. This office has come well referred from a trusted friend. Between my husband and myself, we have had such great experiences here. It started with going to see Dr. Nasseri to have a dark spot removed from my husband's temple. Wanting to be minimally invasive, Dr. Nasseri removed the lesion with very skilled, gentle and careful hands. There was absolutely no scarring at all !Within one week you couldn't even tell where the lesion had been even though it was almost a centimeter in diameter.
I have very sensitive sun damaged skin, compounded by rosacea. To help with this, I purchased a three session package of IPL. I absolutely LOVE the results on my skin even though I have only done two of the three IPL treatments. I am totally amazed at how my skin is looking so much brighter and clearer now. I am even getting random compliments from total strangers on how nice my skin is.
Then I noticed my varicose veins popping up and getting all tortuous and dark on my legs. My mother had her varicose veins stripped three times in her lifespan so I suppose I come by it honestly. I have had only three sclerotherapy treatments for my varicose veins in the span of about four months. The difference is incredible. What I thought was "out of shape, weak muscles " was actually my varicose veins acting up making my legs feel fatigued all the time. I barely, if at all, have that fatigued feeling anymore. It seems my restless legs at night has subsided as well! Bonus!
Both Dal and Sandra are fabulous. Truly sincere , warm and caring individuals. I cannot say enough about everyone who works at Healthy Skin Centre. They make such a down to earth, yet professional, team.
I have never felt rushed during any procedure or pressured to do more. In fact, if anything, they are patient centered, evidenced by them opting not to do a full treatment at one appointment for me, because they could see my skin was still too tan for the procedure to get the most benefit from it.
I am thrilled with all the results, between my husband and myself. It is such a relief to find a place that I can trust that does great quality work. Anyone who comes here is in great hands.
