I had my initial consultation in May and my surgery yesterday. Everything was quick and easy. Surgery itself was only a few minutes for all-laser LASIK. I had my follow up appointment this morning and my vision is already pretty much perfect. Everyone is very professional and good at what they do at the Centre.

Thank you so much to all the staff, especially for Melanie for going the extra mile and offering to get my prescription ready for pick up nearby as I waited for my family member to drive me back home.

I had my PRK surgery here in September 2023. It was a very smooth experience throughout. I panicked a few times during the early recovering process (accidental eye rub, looking at screen too long), and everytime I called, Melanie is there picking up the call to reassure me and schedule me in for an appointment. My recovery goes well, and I'm still going back for check up every year. I am very happy with my experience:)

I want to start from the very beginning. I had a consultation at a different clinic first, not this one. Later, I visited this clinic, and although the price was slightly higher than at the first one, I was much more impressed by the insurance options and especially the attitude of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and just really great overall.

What stood out to me the most was that there was no pressure during the consultation. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch. They simply explained everything clearly — the procedure itself, the pricing, the risks, the warranty (which is lifetime, even if your vision changes again), and that you don’t need to come in for yearly check-ups unless you want to. It all felt very relaxed and respectful. I said I needed time to think about it, and they were totally fine with that — just told me to call when I’m ready, no pressure at all.

In comparison, the first clinic also had a nice team, but the whole consultation felt more like a pushy sales talk. When I said I wanted to think about it and would call back the next day, they insisted I book the surgery right away and said I could always reschedule later. That didn’t feel right to me.

So, I ended up choosing this clinic, and I’m very glad I did. On the day of the surgery, everyone was amazing — they answered all my questions in detail and made me feel completely comfortable. I don’t remember the name of the surgeon, but they were also great — the whole procedure was super quick and painless. The staff at the clinic were just top-notch.

London Eye Center was the absolute best. I was reocmmended by a friend whom had the surgery 9 years ago! So they are definitely experienced and established. Their staff are knowledgeable, caring, and clearly well trained. I was, understandably, quite nervous. But all of their staff are excellent; they don't rush you, answer all your questions and its clear they have the experience and knowledge as well as understanding and compassion. Had great results from the surgery with very minimal down time. Literally the next day you are able to drive. Just follow the post surgery instructions and drops. Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

All the staff at London Eye Centre were the most professional and caring group of health professionals I have ever met.
It’s a relaxed environment with all staff being so pleasant and informative. They make the whole process a breeze and I would recommend London to anyone I know wanting to get Laser eye surgery.

The recovery time was slightly irritating for the 4 hours post surgery and after that it was perfect vision. Truly a great change not having to put contacts in or wear glasses again. If I knew it was this easy before I would have had it done a long time ago.

I had LASIK done here and I’m so glad I chose them. I had consultations at two clinics. Friends and family had been to both and had good results, but my experience at the first place felt rushed. I was pressured to book right away and didn’t feel comfortable. London Eye Centre was the total opposite. No pressure, better pricing, a lifetime warranty, and I was happily surprised to get a $250 referral discount.

The highlight of my experience was Niam. She was so incredibly kind and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease before the surgery. Steve handled my 1 day post-op and he was great too!

The staff at London Eye is truly amazing, especially Sara, who always goes out of her way to be kind and ask how I’m doing. I recently visited the clinic to correct an eye issue I had over a decade ago, and everyone from the front desk to the technicians was incredibly professional and friendly. My follow-up appointments have always been positive, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care I’ve received. I highly recommend London Eye to anyone looking for a top-notch eye care experience.
