Eric is fantastic! I purchased my first pair of in-ear hearing aids (from another hearing provider) which caused me problems for over a year. In my frustration and as a last resort I walked into Amplifon, Columbia Square. Helena booked me an appointment with Eric. I met with Eric and he assessed all of the problems and complaints. The main problem was the fit of the hearing aids and microphone placement. Eric immediately made a mold and sent it to the manufacturer to have a new pair made. The fit is great and the sound is much better. Eric made adjustments that cleared up the distortion too. Eric also noticed a difference in my hearing loss from my left to right ear and sent his discoveries to my family doctor who is now booking me an MRI. It has been an absolute pleasure to be cared for and have all my hearing needs and questions met by Eric, Helena, and Colin! I only wish I had of gone into Amplifon much sooner than I did.

I was reluctant to purchase hearing aids despite the fact I was struggling to hear properly and it was effecting my quality of my life. I imagined that wearing hearing aids would make appear old. I finally broke down and made the plunge almost two years ago.
I know hear as well as I did as a twenty year old. I no longer struggle to hear my young grandchildren, converse comfortably in a noisy restaurant, and the biggest surprise for myself virtually no one notices my Oticon hearing aids.
Eric Lipschultz and his staff have provided excellent service since my purchase and I highly recommend Eric and the rest of the team at Amplifon for anyone considering having their hearing evaluated or purchasing hearing aids

I just got new hearing aids at the Surrey location and had Audiologist Shruti and she was very freindly and assisted me with Veteran Affairs. Now she has relocated to Richmond location and
I have taken my account to New West location because of easier and closer to my location. Since going to New West Eric has helped me with a few glitches helping me to adjust with wearing the new Phonak hearing aids. Both locations staff very freindly and accommodating!!!

On behalf of my Mom & my family, I extend our heartfelt thanks to John Mai, who not only arranged for the free repair of a very old hearing aid for Mom earlier this year, but who went above & beyond most recently in arranging for the replacement of one hearing aid lost (*as well as its aged counterpart) for Mom. She is one of many seniors living in a long term care facility under restrictive COVID protocols. Not only did John immediately offer to conduct her audiology test & hearing aid fitting within her facility (thus avoiding the 2-week quarantine she would otherwise have had to endure if she had attended his office), he advocated with the insurance company on her behalf to ensure the best hearing outcome for her. He was not only professional, but kind, caring, and generous with his time. We will always be grateful.
