I am so glad that I chose Helen’s Electrolysis! At my first appointment there were forms to sign and hygiene/safety was discussed. Tammy explained everything about my issue, the phases of hair growth and how the treatment works. She also did the first complete removal of the trouble area and emphasized the importance of aftercare. Tammy is so easy to talk to and so encouraging. She helped me to recognize and manage my hair dysphoria. I have been several times now and the difference is unbelievable! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures. My confidence is back thanks to Tammy at Helen’s Electrolysis!

If you feel ANY plucking don’t go anymore!!!! . I went to Tammy for one and a half years every week. All she did was pluck. Maybe zapped a few hairs here and there. She wore gloves but then left the room to open the door for new clients or touched her phone but did not change her gloves. Very expensive for nothing. Needless to say I’m very upset ! That is a lot of money that I have wasted with this clinic. I’m now going somewhere else and she is actually treating my hair. I see my technician every three weeks. She is very accurate and slowly zaps the hair taking her time. I know the difference now !! Don’t waste your money. Very unprofessional individual. !

I found this clinic through google and saw the amazing reviews, and they were absolutely correct! Tammy is so kind and caring and she really made me feel taken care of, which sadly you don't get too often with other medical professionals. There was a lot of communication on the treatment, aftercare, the next steps, and she emphasized that her goal is to get to the cause of the issue and helping me as a whole, not simply treating the problem. She is also very skilled with electrolysis and was able to complete my treatment in less than 10 minutes with very little discomfort. I'm so glad I chose this clinic and would recommend it to anyone!

Tammy and Autumn are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and know exactly what they’re doing. I have never felt more cared for and looked after from any clinic. Words cannot describe how awesome they are! Definitely recommend them if someone is looking for electrolysis!
