Had a pesky cyst lanced here that was in a horribly stressful location. The doctor was communicative, kind and did the job well as I had no infections or complications afterward.

I'd go back there again. (And may have to due to another issue my family doctor isn't helping me with.)

I recently accompanied a family member on their visit to the CDH ER. I can't say I went with high hopes, as wait times can understandably be long, but each step of our visit was performed with efficiency. Every staff member we encountered was kind, positive, and compassionate. I felt extremely comfortable with the level of care my loved one received, and would feel confident if they were to need to return to this facility that they would be in good hands. Particularly, nurse Matthew was so incredible- during our time in the waiting room, I observed such positive and considerate interactions between Matthew and everyone who arrived. Thank you to all the staff, (and extra shoutout to Christie W!) your efforts did not go unappreciated and truly made all the difference during an uncertain and stressful time.

One of my better experiences with emergency rooms. In at 9:30 and seen by doctor about 3.5-4 hours later. All staff were friendly and professional. Not ideal to wait hours but I expected worse and there were some severe cases while I was here.

This place is a joke. No help, no tests, no mri, no xray, no ultrasound... nothing. Is this EMERGENCY or what? After 6 hours of waiting with excruciating pain they only gave me tons of painkillers and sent me home during the night still in pain. I had to walk back home in pain for an hour during the night. I had to find my own ways to help myself. I still don't know what is wrong with me. Doctors have a God complex. What is the point of having your job if you are not HELPING really? 🤑👎Shame on you.

went to the hospital last week and was shocked to see that the triage nurses were turning people away from getting medical care, when it was my turn the same triage nurse had listened to my lungs and said I'm not ordering any blood work as your lungs sound clear and you should just go home. I returned home and the next day went to my doctor and found out that I had a super nasty chest infection as well as something viral! CDH STOP LETTING YOUR NURSES DIAGNOSE PATIENTS WHEN THEY HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING, ITS NOT THEIR JOB THAT'S THE DOCTORS JOB! YOU ARE GOING TO END UP BEING SUED BY LETTING YOUR NURSES DO THIS!

Rancid service, said we'll see you in a half an hour and still waiting after an hour, be patient... I've been here before that's why I don't have any patients
