Today was my first appointment with Chantel and I am so impressed!!! Chantel’s level of knowledge and her ability to put me at ease, listen to my issues and concerns then immediately start a plan to correct and help with it. I also liked Chantel’s willingness to develop a long term plan to help me meet my goals! To add to the positive experience I was able to walk out of the clinic today in better shape and feeling very hopeful for future!!!

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as this was my first experience with stretch therapy, and I’ve always been someone who avoids stretching !! Erin completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and she guided me through stretches I never thought I could do. By the end of the session, I felt amazing! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommended Erin Jennings for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and well-being!

Lunden was an absolute angel! My first time trying massage therapy was incredible, and Lunden made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Vivien was my Athletic Therapist. She was great, easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable. We were able to distinguish my problems and work towards solutions. She sent me home with some stretches to help relive my knee pain! 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming back. Thank you!
