Luana is a dedicated passionate professional in her field of somatic practice. I've experienced her group classes as well as her online boundaries for bosses course. She provides support in a way that is caring, interactive and fun. With her assistance I became aware of when my body was in a parasympathetic or sympathetic state and gained tools to become more regulated, less anxious, reduce pain and help release tension. I also gained confidence to set clear boundaries in my workplace. What makes Luana stand out is her sense of humour, life experience and attention to detail. Luana is so skilled at what she does, she has an incredible capacity to hold space for my experience, and to stay regulated herself. On top of the work we've done together during the last few years, which has been healing in ways I couldn't have imagined before starting, I find it incredibly supportive & regulating to be in the presence of someone who has a deeply regulated nervous system themselves. I was introduced to see Luana by my kinesiologist as a way to further enhance the connection I was building with my body during therapy.
