I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and knowledge I received for my son. I went for a second opinion after some concerns with his first appointment elsewhere and Dr. Florence was absolutely incredibly with my son. He is on the spectrum and struggles to sit still. She was able to keep him entertained and had his full attention the entire time and he was able to focus on the exam. I knew I could trust Central Saanich Optometry but I was more than impressed with the service we received. Thank you again for the thorough explanation of the exam and caring demeanour the entire office provided for my son. Highly recommend !!

My initial exam by Dr. Florence Fernet-Leclair, was very through and very informative. She was efficient and professional and answered any of my questions.

I found the staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating at Central Saanich Optometry Clinic. Hannah was especially helpful at helping me pick out frames. I needed some that were smaller and suited the shape of my face. She found a pair I liked but the colour was not quite right so she noticed they offered another colour and ordered them right away. It wasn't long before they came in and I tried them and liked them.

They were carefully, fitted and tweaked to my nose and face, by a competent staff at the office.

I am pleased with the new glasses I acquired from their office. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service by all staff members. Kind, welcoming and informative. They explained everything they were doing very clearly every step of the way. When we picked out our frames they listened to our concerns and helped us find the perfect ones for our needs, and for the size of our lenses. Definitely going to be my go to place for eye care going forward.

I am 67 years old and this was my first visit to an optometrist. I was very nervous but Dr. Neumann was fantastic. He welcomed me and listened to my concerns. He explained everything that he was doing, what his prognosis was and what would occur in my next appointment. He was not pretentious. I found him to be kind, but very professional. I couldn't have chosen a better optometrist. Thank you to everyone that made my first visit such a great experience.

While visiting from Alberta they really helped me out. One of the arms on my sunglasses had fallen off and they replaced the screw, no charge! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service and amazing staff. Highly recommend

I can't say enough about my experience at Central Saanich Optometry! Dr. Fernet-Leclair and the entire staff I dealt with were not only professional but also extremely thorough investigating my concerns and past eye history. All the while making me feel very comfortable and welcome and did so without haste. I can honestly say I have complete trust in Dr. Fernet-Leclair's decisions and recommendations on my eye care and her and her staffs abilities in doing so!
