Refused to book a Vaccine appointment for my 2 year old child while a Measles outbreak is happening and after she had been going to this clinic previously and receiving her previous vaccines. Extremely Rude staff. Dr Corey is fantastic however.

son had an appointment, but accident on hwy prevented us getting to appointment time, called in, and they were wonderful there in saying it was alright and he'd be seen when arriving. front desk folks always pleasant.

I’ll keep or short and simple.

-The MOA’s are people just trying to do their job. Their system is a bit archaic but they are sweet people in a tough situation.
-Expect a wait time of at least 1 hour
-Dr. John Corey is a fantastic doctor. Highly recommend.

I have just walked out of this clinic after sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half for my appointment. My scheduled appointment was for 11am and I walked out at 12:30. This is the worst clinic on the North Shore and I only go there out of desperation and the fact that my family Doctor practices there.
My appointment was with the Dr on duty not my family DR but when I made the appointment the guy on the phone neglected to inform me that I would have to sit and wait (even though I had an appointment) while the DR saw his own patients!!!
Whilst I was sitting there other people who had also been waiting for a very long time went up to the desk and questioned why the wait was so long. they were not given any answers and more or less told that it was not the job of the staff to inform patients as to the wait time.
Well eventually I was the last one sitting in the waiting room but I knew that there were patients sitting in the examining rooms still waiting to see the DR.
I went up to the front desk waited while the woman who was on the phone finished her conversation and then asked her if she could please tell me how much longer it would be as I needed to be somewhere by 1 o"clock. She looked at her desk told me i would be the next patient in so I went and sat down. She came over to me and started to speak to me in a very loud voice to "never do that again, speak to her while she was on the phone with a patient." I replied i did not speak to her whilst she was on the phone she was off and had finished her conversation. She continued to berate me and was speaking rudely and in a very loud tone. I am not an ignorant person I am not a rude person I know better than to interrupt a conversation with Someone speaking on the phone. I had had enough i was angry to have wasted my morning sitting in a clinic only to be faced with a very rude and nasty exchange with this woman.
I got up and left, even though I needed a prescription refilled and I have an infected toe that looks like it is ready to fall off.
I have been going to that clinic for years and the staff seem to get worse and worse as the years go by. I would not have tolerated it for this long but I love my family DR and she has looked after my children and my husband and me for almost 30 years.
I did not deserve that woman's tirade and have never been spoken to by anyone in a professional setting like that. It was totally uncalled for and she lied outright about our interaction.
I will not be setting foot across that threshold again unless this woman issues a much needed apology.
IMO I would say that this clinic has the worst reputation on the North Shore and if it were not for convenience sake people would go elsewhere.

I called my Dr's office and was told not to leave a message...only to book online . all i wanted was a referral followup from an appointment that I had ..So I did that ... have to wait..20 days. We called Mt Seymour clinic's and the Dr.called me ..within 24 hrs ..to book an appointment...I am so appreciative that this Dr .who has 10,000 patients took the time today to help me with my issue but my own Dr's office can't even talk to me.Wish he was my Doc Super nice guy👦. .

When I finally get through to see a doctor I have no problems with that....I've always had a problem with getting the receptionist to communicate. The receptionist will not answer the phone. After several days of phoning and phoning and phoning. she hangs up the phone for no good reason while you're on hold....this has happened countless times. The only reason I'm calling is to book an appointment. she puts me on hold and hangs up.

I kindly asked the very rude receptionist how much longer, because I've been waiting for more than 1 hour....she rudely interrupted me snapping that other people are waiting too....I told her that she interrupted me...I also told her everyone that came in after me went in already....I asked again how much longer....she said "I don't know"....I can honestly say I don't know, because I don't get paid to work as a receptionist....very rude

Absolutely atrocious. Dr Corey lives up to his reputation for canceling, no showing and being late. After three attempts to even meet him I have given up. Today I waited in the office for Dr Corey who was 'on his way'...which could mean anything given he apparently commutes in by ferry so you're at the mercy of his poor planning and/or ferry cancellation. After over an hour he still hadn't arrived, let alone began seeing any patients.The staff is rude and unhelpful and are clearly sick of his antics as well.

Don't waste your time here.

Things seems to have improved with the clinic, so i'm giving a cautious 3 stars. I used to be unable to schedule an appointment by phone or get replies to my emails because no one was answering the phone lines. However, I persevered as I liked my family doctor (Dr. Chaboyer) despite the administrative difficulties to try to see him, the last 2 phone calls and times i've dealt with the office they have been much better at answering phones and scheduling appointments (to my surprise), so this marked improvement is MUCH appreciated and i'm grateful to the new front desk staff they have hired who seem efficient (Minhaz i believe is very good) and responsive. The consults are still mostly on-line by phone calls and walk ins only when necessary though.
