Booked a last minute phone appointment for today. After waiting the hour and a half for the call to come, while waiting outside the neighbouring imaging office for an X-ray for a possibly broken foot, the call did not come. After not hearing anything or receiving a call for 25 minutes, I called the clinic only to be told “oh, it looks like this doctor has gone home for the day” (at 1:05pm…). I asked why I didn’t get a phone call, receptionist stated she wasn’t sure and would try and book me in for a later one tomorrow. Not helpful!

When you register for an appointment and it’s confirmed, they send you a message saying it’s $93 for a missed appointment / call. But what about when the doctor decides to take the appointment and then just not call? Doesn’t help me with trying to get a requisition to get an X-ray for a possible break / fracture.

Take caution - if you are in serious need of a doctor, don’t allow this place to be your only option - very unprofessional.

Always very helpful and easy to get an appointment! They are a busy office but the receptionists are patient and do their jobs efficiently 🙂 have never had a doctor brush me off even if I’m not their regular patient.

The Medical Office Staff are through, patient, and detailed. Patients are greeted politely, respected and heard. Masks and sanitizer available, and please take advantage of using a mask as an extra precaution to keep staff safe. The rooms are clean, neutral colour and comfortable. I have found the doctors to be empathetic and understanding. I do recommend preparing ahead of time - make a list of symptoms, questions and background health issues. This is important so the doctor can provide a concise and accurate health treatment plan - then practice following their instructions. Prescriptions can be sent to your local pharmacy. Dr. Ambrozic is so gentle and kind and understanding and always has a caring ear for me. I felt like she had a good understanding of where I was at and my concerns and reassured me accordingly. I really appreciate her very much!! (And her staff are very caring like her too🥹)

I first came here as a walk-in. They were quick & responsive and I have since found a family Dr here, who is fantastic. You never have to wait to long for a phone appointment (usually a couple of days) and the reception staff are excellent and always helpful.
