I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with iHealthMD Clinic. Despite repeatedly asking for my service invoices to be emailed, they were either “forgotten” or simply never sent. The last time, I made a point to ask the office admin in person before leaving the clinic, he assured me the invoice had been sent and was just delayed in reaching my inbox. Unsurprisingly, it never arrived.

Trying to follow up by phone is equally useless since reaching someone is nearly impossible. This lack of basic administrative follow-through and communication is unacceptable for a medical clinic. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive healthcare provider.

Fantastic clinic! Staff helpful and friendly. The online booking is easy to use. I am very grateful for Dr. Fadyeyeva, she is a wonderful, kind, informative and patient family doctor. Very experienced and also very knowledgeable in all things skin.

I wanted to simply share my horrible experiences today at this office. So even though they have spent plenty of $$$$ to make a best design of an office, they only have one bathroom stall. I came across horrendous demeanour from both the receptionist & the doctor, (in my case Dr. ohiami). They both had horrible bed time manners & simply were quite disrespectful to me from the start! I am overall quite disappointed to say the least & scared for life to do another Pap smear thanks to the traumatic event! She said 3 times that I took too long to get out of washroom & running late to my appointment but that’s simply cause I waited 10 min for the previous patient to exit the bathroom so I can go in. Excuse my French but did she want me to pee inside the room? I had a urine test order from another doctor today and had to drink a lot of water/ fluids! Her receptionist mentioned twice that I should not go to bathroom since there is someone in there! Dr. Ohiami said that there is not enough time to do a pap & did not even leave the room for me to undress which is quite unprofessional in my opinion. So I decided to give her the benefit of doubt and basically another approach to be solution oriented rather rather than pointing fingers at her or her awful behaviour! She pointed fingers at me & blamed me 3 times just for using the bathroom prior to my appointment and saying she has other patients to see & doesn’t want to be late!!! Given that she started my appointment late to begin with prior to me even using the bathroom, it is extremely racist /unlikely to see this type of unprofessional behaviour in Canada. I thought that I will give her more “time” or another appointment so she can bill MSP twice for one service! So I mentioned to the doctor that I have very unpleasant-uncomfortable vaginal discharge & whether it’s perhaps wiser to just check that & do the Pap smear on another date. She said no & insisted she does not need to do that! I decided to follow her advice and telling her that it’s her choice. The test took over 10 min and even though I kept begging her literally and crying to take it out of my vagina cause it was hurting so bad and I felt almost like I’m about to faint, she refused to do so and kept saying oh I take it out but she just left it there still!
I have never had an appointment for a Pap smear this long or came across any doctor who would simply leave the specimen inside my vagina for that long! I also did not have any explanation regarding why she refused to discuss my discharge results with me. She also went on to tell me 2-3 times that her next patient should go into the room I am /(was) in at the time of my visit so I get out asap! I wasn’t even dressed yet & asked me to book a follow up to discuss my result!
I’m purely raged & sad about that & crying now from their attitude, both the doctor’s harsh words & judgemental behaviour and the receptionist’s cold short answer and assertive attitude! Do not go this doctor for a Pap smear unless you wanna cry & walk out to continue to cry and get out of the office ASAP! I now want to see my results for the discharge & believe should not have to wait another week to discuss it given how much she found out that I’m hurt, so I have no idea how not to drive another 35 km to approach the same awful situation . Even though I mentioned her wrongfully blaming me for shortness of time & her mistakes, she didn’t offer any apology or any explanations!

Every visit is a pleasure thanks to the fantastic front desk reception. They’re always so helpful! Dr. Brennan is also amazing very thorough and compassionate especially for women and teens. I feel well taken care of every time.

Dr. Natalia Roehlig is the best family doctor I have ever met while living in Canada.
I can confidently say that knowledge, which my physician has, surpasses the knowledge of many narrowly focused specialists. Her high professionalism and caring attitude towards the patient play a key role in effective treatment. What is the point to book an appointment for specific time?
There is nothing wrong with delay but one hour plus is a little bit too much.
This is happening every visit.
You guys should improve you time management.
