My son did the test for the student needs, somehow two weeks we couldn’t get his results. We called the life lab many times and went to the clinic yesterday. In the morning we went to clinic again the reception was very helpful and friendly to contact the life lab got the results meantime the family doctor proved to give to us. Thanks for your patience and assistance to solve the issue. I so appreciate.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life was with a doctor — Dr. Sara Vazirian — and I never want to go through anything like it again. I don’t even want to hear this woman’s voice. After waiting for nearly three months for her to accept me as a family doctor, she called me one morning at 7 a.m. and, in a very rude tone, asked me to name the medications I take, even though she could clearly see them in my file. When I said I didn’t remember the names, she insisted that at 45 years old, I should know them. All I could do, in shock and disbelief, was hang up the call. In my opinion, she is in no way qualified to be a doctor.

Later, I contacted the clinic and asked to speak with the management. They told me the manager was not available, so I requested that the manager call me back — which never happened. It seems they do not care about their patients at all. I would prefer to take legal action and file a formal complaint against both Dr. Sara Vazirian and the clinic.

I have seen your response to my Google review, and I would like
to clarify a few important points before I edit and update my comments:

First and foremost, please avoid making quick judgments. At the very beginning of the phone conversation, we were clearly informed that the call was being recorded. Therefore, I kindly request that the clinic review the full audio recording first, with the proper context, and only then provide a fair and unbiased response.

My wife’s only request during the call was that the doctor speak to me with kindness and respect — nothing more. Unfortunately, that was not the experience he received.

Additionally, we did not make any appointment booking for 7:00 AM. It was Dr. Sara who made the decision to call us at that early hour without any formal notification or confirmation. Simply telling our teenage child over the phone a few days earlier is not an appropriate or professional way to communicate an appointment time."Why didn’t they contact me or my spouse?

Finally, I sincerely hope that the person who reviewed and responded to my concerns is someone in a position of responsibility at the clinic, because I have documented evidence to support my statements, and I am ready to present them if necessary.

I ask that the clinic acknowledges the full context and treats this case with the seriousness and fairness it deserves.

I chose Dr. Sara Vazirian as my family doctor, and it was the worst experience of my life. I was extremely dissatisfied with the care I received. I do not recommend her at all. If you don’t have a family doctor, I strongly advise against choosing her—having no family doctor is better than having her as one. Absolutely not recommended.

I would like to make a fair review here. I know everyone is looking for non symptom COVID-19 test in order to get into flight.

First of all, I think their website is well built. It’s easy to access yourself and change the appointment date(it’s free) according to the flight date and lab speed to get the result back.

Second, their receptions are relatively well communicative. I called them twice and they answered promptly. (On the phone, the system will tell you how long is the wait and how many people are ahead of the line.) They will put my flight date on their file, make sure I can get the result back on time. However, nothing is 100% because it still depends on if they get back the result from life lab or not.

Lastly, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, the price. Originally it said $350, later on as more people book with them, they increased the price to $425. That’s not acceptable for me. I feel like they are robbing people without any choices left. I can’t cancel the appointment because they don’t return the deposit.

Pleasant doctor but very cold personality. I almost fainted during my Pap smear test, as a female she doesn’t seem to have empathy. Strange she’s only available in the morning, no afternoon appointments. The receptionist isn’t professional, she changed my appointment time and didn’t inform me, lied that she sent a reminder but she didn’t.

I just called this healthcare center (12:45pm 11th October) to make an appointment as instructed by my doctor. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The person who answered my call was not polite, and when I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with, she refused to give it and abruptly hung up on me. I was shocked by this unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this healthcare center to anyone looking for friendly and respectful service.

"Dr." Mehdi Shadmani will not actually help patients. They have a system to set up fake appointments, stall and make excuses. Their whole clinic is a scam and waste of time but Shadmani genuinely cares for nobody and is in the wrong field
