Her deep knowledge, experience, and genuine compassion really stood out. Gillian took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and worked with me to build a plan that not only helped with my symptoms but also gave me a much better understanding of my own body. I saw Dr. Terry Dickson for the first time today. He’s absolutely incredible both in bedside manner and competence.

I’ve taken off 1 star as the receptionist, Velflor isn’t on the ball. She doesn’t seem to know how to speak to patients, she could not focus or answer simple questions, couldn’t find my insurance policy to directly bill despite my providing her all the info. She’s really confused and unfocused.

I started seeing Dr. Terry Dickson a few months ago after I injured my lower back at the gym. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor! I was super stiff and limited in my mobility when I started seeing him. Each session helped me make progress and I’m grateful to be feeling so much better now!

Andrew Lin was fantastic. He treated my 13 yr old daughter who had never had acupuncture previously and she was in a lot of pain. Andrew took lots of time explaining what he was doing and the mechanics of why certain areas were painful for her and steps on how to recover from her injury.

Six months ago, I started feeling pain in my left trapezius muscle, and it gradually moved to my shoulder, then to my bicep and tricep. I found it not only uncomfortable, but confusing because I did not injure myself. I have an active yoga practice, and I was unable to do yoga because it aggravated my pain. I tried acupuncture for about 3 months, but the improvements were minimal and did not last. That told me that it must be a structural problem, so I thought I would try chiro. Anyone who deals with chronic pain knows that eventually, you'll try anything just to get rid of that pain! I had been to North Shore Wellness years ago, and didn't hesitate to return because they have excellent practitioners. I saw Dr. Terry Dickson, and he theorized that I was experiencing referred pain from a pinched nerve in my cervical spine, due to alignment issues. I am a computer worker, and he said my neck was intially like concrete - ultimately improving to where it was like clay. It continues to improve. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable, with deep expertise and experience. Plus, he really cares about his patients! Thanks to Terry, I am almost fully healed and realize that I need to stop neglecting my spinal health. I want to thank Terry and also Emma - his front desk staff - who is always so accommodating and lovely to deal with.
