Came in for my first visit with Dr. Maggie today. Great service from her medical office assistant Mone from the time I came in until I left. Very smooth check in and clean, relaxing atmosphere in the clinic! Dr. Maggie in incredibly intelligent, informative, kind and friendly!

Dr. Thompson truly listens, taking the time to understand my concern with empathy and genuine care, making me feel comfortable and valued. The clinic itself is wonderful. They are always welcoming and friendly. The appointment scheduling, messaging system, and virtual portal are also incredibly user-friendly. It's rare to find a doctor and clinic that excel in both patient care and overall experience, and I'm truly grateful for Dr. Thompson and her team.

My wife was referred to this medical centre by her retiring doctor. Symphony set up an appointment for my wife with Dr Sung. Prior to the appointment, my wife was invited to fill out a detailed on line application form which was quite intrusive with useless questions about gender identity and pronoun choice. We are from a simpler time when there were just male and female species on this planet.

The appointment with Dr Sung was excessive and unnecessary. It lasted an hour. Dr Sung appears right out of residency and his questions at this appointment made my wife feel like she was interviewing for the position of being one of Dr Sung’s patients. When my wife questioned the intention of being asked certain questions around past treatments and medications, Dr Sung coldly told her that she could always find another doctor. He said this several times,

Dr Sung appeared to have no empathy or attractive bedside manner. He seemed to care little about my wife’s welfare. One wonders if he was just doing research for a book and patient enrolment was contingent on answering his intrusive questions.

During that simpler time I mentioned previously, going to a new doctor meant calling the receptionist and asking if the doctor was taking new patients. If the doctor was, they requested the patient’s chart from the previous doctor.

I know it is hard to find a doctor these days, but a lengthy search would be preferential to going to this doctor.
