My family goes to this clinic for years and we’re all very happy with the doctors there especially Dr Armin Aminjavaheri. He is an exceptional physician, he treats his patients with utmost care and does everything he can as a professional to address any health concerns or issues. Words fail to convey the appreciation we have for him. Many thanks to our doctor at this clinic and everyone else too. The receptionists are very nice as well, thank you all for your wonderful service to the community.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!

I booked an appointment with Dr. Amir Javaheri two weeks in advance for my first visit to this clinic. Since I was unfamiliar with the doctor and the staff, I carefully planned my schedule and even canceled all my work commitments that day to make sure I could attend the appointment. I traveled a long distance and waited for about 20 minutes in the clinic.

However, the moment I entered the doctor’s office, the receptionist came in and told me that they had mistaken my name for another patient’s. They then informed me that Dr. Javaheri does not accept walk-ins or see patients in any other way. What made the situation even worse was their complete lack of apology and their incredibly rude attitude. Instead of offering any kind of solution, they simply said, “The doctor told us to tell you to leave!”

This level of disorganization, irresponsibility, and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable for a medical clinic. Unfortunately, I never even had the chance to meet Dr. Javaheri, but the way the staff treated me was so disrespectful that I felt compelled to share my experience. I strongly recommend that others be cautious when choosing this clinic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Keshavarzi for 15 years, and I couldn't be happier with his care. He is attentive, a great listener, and takes action rather than dismissing concerns with a generic "it's normal" response. I am so honored to have such incredible Dr taking care of my health.

While it can be challenging to get an immediate appointment, this is not a reflection of him, his office management, or his hardworking staff—it’s a systemic issue within Canada's healthcare system. If anything, the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and understanding. They always do their best to accommodate patients and provide the best possible care. They are also very responsive via email, ensuring that communication is efficient and that patient concerns are addressed promptly.

In my experience, whenever I’ve left an urgent message regarding a pressing health concern, the staff has always responded the same day and managed to schedule an appointment within 72 hours.

I truly appreciate the dedication of Dr. Keshavarzi and his team, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and proactive physician.

Terrible reception and response times I’ve called multiple times to book an appointment over the course of the week and I am consistently being sent to voicemail. Would not recommend please do read the negative comments because it goes hand-in-hand with what everybody is saying.

I understand that offices can be busy, but to simply get a phone call answered to further book an appointment should be the least.

Also, by the looks of it, no accountability is taken on their end. As every response to this matter seems very argumentative. Hope somebody has better luck than me.

Dr Keshavarzi is my family doctor since 2013 and Dr Aminjavehri is my wife and kids family doctor.
They are amazing, professional, polite and very friendly.
Besides the professional, they have great sense of humanity.
My only concern is very visit long waiting time and the recently very difficult to contact the clinic .
