It was truly a pleasure to have been seen by the doctor at this clinic. Everyone was so caring and professional. The manager was also very kind to waive my form fee, as I had already paid privately since I am from out of the country. She is certainly a gem of the clinic. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism shown by Bally Singh. As a patient, I have the right to access my own medical information, yet I was told I would need to pay an unreasonable fee of $85 just to obtain my consultation notes. Withholding essential health records unless a steep payment is made feels unethical and goes against the basic principles of patient care and medical ethics.

Edit: I called on the 11th initially requesting my records, I had to follow up on the 15th and the 16th and received a VoiceMail. I followed up this Tuesday and when I spoke to the reception they advised that Bally Singh, the manager had advised that I couldn’t obtain my consult notes without paying a steep price of $85 and that my reason for request for private records was insufficient.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Reza Taghipour. He dominated the conversation and didn’t give space to listen to concerns or answer questions. Most of the visit was spent repeating test results without offering any clear diagnosis or helpful plan.

It felt more like a lecture than a medical consultation. I left feeling unheard and without any real support or guidance. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a collaborative and responsive pediatrician. If you value your time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — seeing this doctor felt like a complete waste of time.

Awful clinic & really terrible organization. They booked me in for an initial meet and greet appointment - I show up, and they're closed. Nobody in sight except for another confused person who had an appointment at the same time.

Took well over a month to book me into a new appointment (after emailing them on numerous occasions) in which they never took any ownership or even apologized for the mix up.

Finally went in for my meet and greet appointment (which felt unbelievably rushed & disconnected) during which they sent a referral to a gynecologist for me (I had a few specifications that I needed). After hearing from the obgyn clinic I realize Dr. Bagheri didn't listen to my specifications what so ever. So now I am trying to contact Carefiniti again to get a NEW gynecologist referral and they have hung the phone up on me FIVE TIMES. I keep getting put on hold and eventually being hung up on.

Wild....... Rude...... Would not recommend this medical clinic to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Eric Okojie. He is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated professional who truly cares about his patients. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my options, and ensured I felt confident in my treatment plan. His expertise and attention to detail are evident, and his warm and friendly demeanor makes every visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend Dr. Okojie to anyone seeking top-quality care!

First, I want to emphasize that my family doctor, Dr. Butty, at the Lynn location is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and provides exceptional care. However, my recent experience at the Lonsdale location has been very disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it.

I had to visit the Lonsdale location for an important medical test, and while the doctor I saw was very pleasant and professional, there has been a significant issue with the handling of my medical sample. It has now been two months, my sample was never sent for testing (the lab confirmed they never received my sample). This has caused unnecessary stress, as I was expecting to receive results by now. The delay in receiving results is not just inconvenient—it could be potentially life-changing, and not in a good way.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at the Lonsdale location, as I see this has happened with another patient on their reviews. Communication has been lacking, and there has been no clear explanation or resolution offered.

While I still have confidence in my primary doctor, I cannot recommend this particular location based on my recent experience. I hope they take steps to improve their processes and communication moving forward.

*****edit***** it has also come to our attention that the same clinic from the same day my appointment was never sent in my husbands medical exam for his license results for his work.

I had pain in my right ear, and I was unable to get an appointment from my family doctor last Thursday. I got a walk-in appointment with Justin Yulk-Maan Wong.
This imbecile, so-called doctor, literally just wasted my time and collected the hard earned tax money for doing nothing. He looked into my ear and told me that by continuing to use my nasal spray (that I always use) it will get well and after asking a few times for a solution to the problem and pain the lazy idiot did not even write me an ear drop.
On Saturday, the pain got so bad that I could not sleep during the night. Half of my head is in heavy pain. On Sunday morning, I went to another clinic. They checked it and realized it had a heavy infection. The prescribed an ear drop. I used the drop on Sunday, and on Monday morning, my ear was completely blocked, and the drop didn't even go in.
I was able to see my family doctor on Monday, and he wrote me some powerful antibiotics and Dexamethasone to use in addition to the drops.
I think I will he losing work this week (if not longer) and will probably fail an expensive exam on Friday because the pain won't let me study at all.
So monetary damage, time wasted, loss of opportunity of an exam that only hold twice a year, and going through my second worst pain in my life (beside from right after my spine surgery) is the result of seeing this incompetent careless lazy idiot who was reluctant to write the same ear drop for me on Thursday which could simply finish the issue without all of this pain and loss.

I will try to file an official complaint on him. Hopefully, he'll lose his license for his incompetence.
