I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Javad Oveisi. In one word, he is a savior. He has saved my daughter on multiple occasions, and I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and compassion.

There was a particularly challenging time when my three-year-old daughter suffered from a rash resembling hand, foot, and mouth disease for over ten days. We consulted three different doctors and even visited a children's hospital, but none of them could provide the correct diagnosis. My daughter was in pain and discomfort for so long, and I was feeling helpless.

Then we visited Dr. Oveisi. With just one consultation, he immediately identified the issue and prescribed the appropriate medications. I was amazed by his ability to make an accurate diagnosis and recommend the right treatment. His thoroughness and dedication to his patients are truly commendable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Oveisi for some time and deeply appreciate his expertise, professionalism, and respectful demeanor. He is truly an excellent family doctor.

However, I have recently encountered significant challenges in accessing appointments, which has been frustrating. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff, particularly Ms. Ash, has been highly unprofessional. Appointments are often rescheduled or mishandled, and there seems to be little regard for the time and needs of the clients.

The lack of respect and professionalism from the front desk has caused unnecessary stress, which undermines the otherwise great care provided by Dr. Oveisi. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for all patients.

I have recently faced major difficulties in accessing appointments, which has been incredibly frustrating. Booking a phone appointment is nearly impossible, and in-person appointments are frequently rescheduled or mismanaged. The reception staff has been highly unprofessional, showing little regard for patients' time and needs.

Even more concerning, I have discovered that the clinic has recorded fake medical visits in my health records and billed the government (taxpayers) for appointments that never actually took place—whether by phone or in person. This unethical practice is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about the integrity of their operations.

I went in to the clinic last week for check up and Dr Oveisi literally said that he would make a referral for me to go to the OBGYN. I called the OBGYN’s clinic to check if the referral went through — NOTHING!

I called the Five Points med clinic to ask for it and the receptionist said that I need book for another appointment to ask for Dr. Oveisi’s referral. OMGGGG that is so frustrating. Whyyyy? “TALK TO HIM” — the receptionist just repeated these exact words to me for like 6 times.

What is the need for me to go there again? Like why?
