Our family typically goes to North Shore Medical Imaging when our doctor recommends medical imaging. Today, the service was exceptionally good, perhaps because it wasn't as busy as usual. It's truly meaningful that they provide such attentive care whenever possible. I want to particularly acknowledge Dani, Julie and Niusha for their excellent service. I had intended to ask for the name of a fourth person who also provided great assistance at the front desk, but she became occupied with other patients. Every team member was thorough and demonstrated remarkable patience. I observed the individual in training diligently listening and adhering to the trainer's instructions, which resonated with my own experience in the food business, where I train new hires. I extend my best wishes for their continued success in their valuable work.

I had a great experience today at this branch
Aulstin and Jen at the front desk were super kind, patient, and made sure everything was perfect which is lovely and Fran, who did my X-ray, was amazing so fun and sweet that she made me forget all my worries!
Thank you all so much. Definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll for sure come back!

I have had appointments scheduled and cancelled based on the radiologist who was working (at the time) interpretation of a brand new set of prenatal ultrasound guidelines, regardless of the fact that it was a high risk circumstance. The phone wait times are consistently long and the ultrasound appointment process is one of the most tedious and encumbered in the lower mainland. I travel out of my way to not attend this clinic as there are much more effective ones.

DO NOT come to this clinic if you want a pleasant experience at your ultrasound!! Since there is no other clinics on the north shore trust me please go across the bridge for an ultrasound you will not regret it. This clinic does not care about your experience let alone your consent or requests.

I did my detailed anatomy scan here.
Before the scan, I made it explicitly clear that I did not want to know the gender of my baby. I want to wait till birth to find out the gender. This request was not a passing comment..it was important to me. I also asked that it NOT be included in the report. Despite that, when I received the scan report, I was mortified and upset to see that the gender had been included in the report.. this clinic stole my special moment that I will never get back.

This was not a simple oversight, it was a violation of my consent and a deeply personal choice that was disregarded. Under the Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP) in British Columbia, there is no requirement to include fetal gender in a detailed scan report. It is entirely optional and should only be documented if specifically requested. My request was the opposite, and it was ignored.

What should have been a joyful, emotionally significant discovery for my family was stolen from me in a clinical and impersonal way.
I would never recommend anyone come to this clinic.
Saying sorry doesn’t change what has already been done.

-also note this clinic will make your partner wait in the lobby for 40/50 mins before letting them see YOUR child for maybe 5 mins. They keep the waiting room as hot as a sauna and do not have any water for patients or partners. The tech was uncaring and did not make this experience pleasant at all.
Don’t torture yourself coming here.

It takes 5 minutes to take an X-ray. Much lesser in most cases. I had an emergency, and the lady at the counter conveniently told me, my staff is trying to go home so we can’t do it now. While I appreciate work life balance, work in your working hours than turning down patients because your entire staff would like to go home, while the entire clinic is clearly empty! You’re not an amusement park that people come to seeking fun! How hard it is to understand your responsibility!!!! Just don’t want to work!

I had an amazing experience at North Shore Medical Imaging. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly respectful, friendly, and professional. They were right on time for my appointment, which I truly appreciated. The clinic itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Their attention to detail and patient care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend North Shore Medical Imaging to anyone looking for top-notch service in a welcoming environment!

Despite waiting endlessly on the phone, was told by "Jen" that their hands are tied behind a "policy" - they could not book a simple ultrasound appointment because the requisition was not on file and it was not after their minimum 4 hours process!?!?

Despite requesting them to be helpful, all they could do was be absolutely useless.

As a longtime Northshore resident Canadian, its shameful to see such unhelpful service providers being a disgraceful example of the fantastic healthcare we are proud of.

I called another clinic in Vancouver, and got an appointment in 5 minutes. While I will have to drive across town to get to that appointment, its so much better to get the care needed from a place that is helpful instead of being a helpless joke like North Shore Medical Imaging.

I went to get an x-ray done for my second child as he hurt his ankle and was having lots of pain. (Received an "urgent" requisition from a medical clinic). Despite having an urgent requisition form I still waited for an hour, which is fine with me. When I was brought up to the reception, the lady told me that two adults are required to hold him when taking the x-ray. I had to call my wife to come with the first child as he can't be left alone and waited another half an hour.

After we were taken inside, the x-ray technician said only one adult is allowed inside and she kicked out my wife. I explained that the reception said two adults are required but didn't listen to us.

After when we were done, we spoke to the lady at the reception who told us about two adult requirements but she simply just ignored us and went upstairs.

I don't have any further plans in the future for any ultrasound or x-ray done at this place anymore.
