I'm very happy and proud of myself for completing my counseling at Bach counselling!
Without my counselor Claudine, receptionists Ivy and Kelly N, I couldn't have completed it. They are phenomenal. Every time I finished my sessions with Claudine I felt lighter and lighter. I cannot believe how much my problem has been improved.
For Ivy and Kelly, contacting them was very easy and smooth and that helped a lot to keep my counseling going. Thank you very much for your service 🙂

At one time I just didn't feel like going to a session but I went. I'm so glad to trust Claudine and completed my sessions. I have learned so much about myself and useful tools to prevent having the same problems. I didn't trust myself to improve my situation but now I feel stronger and I can actually trust myself to do many things.

Now I know I have a place I can go when I need and I can trust! Highly recommend 🙂

Probably the single most impactful & pivotal moment in my life was eight years ago at the end of my first counselling session with Bach Counselling Group. I’ll always remember from that day my immensely positive feelings of safety, comfort, respect & value. I knew I was in the best place possible to start living my life how I wanted & being the man I wanted to be.

I’m a confident, capable, self-aware person who is fortunate enough to often identify & address issues alone. Still, during every session I learn so much life-altering information.

I once said out loud to Heather during a session, “I love you Heather; you’re my favourite person in the world.” I’m a sensitive, openly sharing man & I meant those words. I’m also very logical & pragmatic with my treatment, thoughts, & actions; my counsellor is always right beside me, guiding accordingly.

Most sessions I have planned discussion topics, and they often change upon starting, & every time become more valuable than what I planned!

Though there are many amazing, giving, magical-like people around me, there’s no one I feel more capable, safe, strong, inspired, & driven by than Heather Bach.

As well, another counsellor here helped in the past with couples counselling & that experience was also incredible, strengthening, & helpful in every way. This counselling is worth every penny, minute, & much, much more. As much as I’ve grown here, counselling off & on over the years with different life challenges, I have no intention of stopping. There are always new mountains to climb together, & new wisdom & life learning to gain here.

This is the place to be for growth, happiness, success, & fulfillment. I could simply not be more grateful for what I’ve been given by Bach Counselling Group. Thank you from the bottom of my huge heart.
