Michelle is an incredible RMT. She listened to ur concerns and tailor the massage to your needs. I had lower back pain from my job and it was pretty much gone after a few sessions. Highly recommended the service!!

Michelle is one of the best RMT's I have ever seen 🙂 I went to her with a shoulder injury from multiple injuries from sports, and she was very patient listening to me explain everything that has happened to that shoulder. I was reassured that we could tackle the problem with a treatment plan she had in mind, and WOW, I never expected these results! She uses a mix of targeted techniques and more general/deep tissue style massage. Cannot recommend her more!

Michelle is a great RMT! She knows which area of your body is affected from her quick assessments. I always have tight back and shoulder muscles from work and she has been great at digging into the muscle knots and releasing the trigger points!
