I had a fantastic experience with Quinn. He walked me through how my digitally scanned foot images could be adjusted to address my specific concerns. The custom orthotics that resulted are comfortable and keeping my feet pain-free. The bonus 10% discount at Frontrunners was a great added perk. Thank you, Quinn!

Sold me a brace that was totally inappropriate for my injury, which was a waste of $1700. Impossible to try and work with them around a solution. I finally gave up and worked with an experienced and knowledgable service provider to find the correct solution and paid for a whole new brace. Once I had the new knee brace and felt how much better it is, it made it even more clear how deeply incompetent the staff are, how unfamiliar they are with their products, and the injuries that they are meant to support.

I recently had knee replacement surgery. My doctor recommended I get a cryocuff machine with compression as he said it will significantly help recovery. I went to Onebracing to buy the machine. $575 and I left with the machine and a LARGE sleeve…I am not a big person. The sleeve went from my upper thigh down to my ankle, which I initially thought wasn’t a big deal. I was supposed to ice for 20 minutes each hour and I used the timer on my phone. Two issues happened because I have too large of a sleeve. First, I got an ice burn on my ankle because the sleeve goes down too far and there is nothing on my ankle but bone. I did not enjoy having more pain to contend with. Second, the instructions say to wear the sleeve with the cord going down, which I did until the crycuff machine stopped working. My son figured out that it stopped working because down at my ankle we had to wrap the sleeve on itself to get it to fit, but then when the sleeve compressed, it cut off its own supply. We solved this by turning it around so the cord comes out at my upper thigh, which is definitely less comfortable, but I guess adding more discomfort at this point is not a big deal! My son went back to explain the situation and ask for them to please exchange the sleeve for a regular size, but they replied that as a large sleeve was all they had in stock when I came in and I had no choice but to use it, it is now not their problem. They can’t resell the sleeve I was sold so they feel they have no responsibility. They do not care about the patients—-they are salespeople.

Great people who really DO care about helping you heal. Graeme faxed documentation four separate times before my brace purchase was finally approved. Very, very busy shop but he fitted the equipment on me carefully, explained how to adjust it through the healing process, and suggested some exercises to speed things along. Yes, they have technical ability and great products but these people genuinely cared about helping you heal. Thank you Graeme and Thank you One Bracing.

I am giving one star because it won't allow me to give less than that, unfortunately.
I just got a brace 2 days ago from them, and less than 24 hours later I cannot use the brace without extreme pain and it causing more issues with my knee. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable. Walking in and the boy there spent more time staring and talking to my chest. The final fitting of this brace didn't tell me anything and took LESS than 5 minutes! I have tried to get in touch with them for help but am getting nowhere with that and have contacted the manufacturer for help. I am on WSBC and have sent them a message as well since this $1800+ brace is completely unusable for me unless I want more problems. I have had to use YouTube in order to figure out how to actually get it on and what the straps are for, and how to adjust the straps. I also learned that the brace has "dosing", which I was never told about. I highly recommend you AVOID this place and take your business elsewhere. It is unfortunate because when I first went there for my previous brace 2 years ago, Jon was really good and took the time to explain everything to me about the brace. I wish I could have had him this time.

My heart felt thanks to Marc and his team at One Bracing for the amazing post surgical leg brace fitting he did for me. It has made a huge difference from the one I had to purchase from the hospital. My knee is correctly held in place and I feel much more confident and comfortable now. He was a true professional I would recommend to anyone.
