I was introduced to the Helix Clinic by a friend about two years ago, and I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. From day one, the incredible staff made me feel completely welcomed and took the time to educate me on the different IV bags they offer.

Now, after over two years of visiting the clinic, I just want to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team—especially Dakota, who is a constant presence in the IV lounge. She always has a great story to share and keeps everyone laughing while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Beyond the fantastic atmosphere, I’ve personally seen impressive results from the IV treatments. Whether you're looking to boost energy, recover faster, or simply improve overall wellness, they have a wide range of IV options to suit your needs.

I cannot say enough good things about The Helix Clinic and their incredible team! As someone who gets anxious and is usually nervous around needles, I truly couldn’t believe how comfortable and at ease they made me feel. Dr. David, Dr. Krista, Nurse Lori, Nurse Dakota, Nurse Molly, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in.

Not only are they kind and compassionate, but their knowledge and expertise are second to none. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, and I felt completely confident I was in the best hands. The attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized care they offer is unmatched.

Ok Kelowna, you have a true jewel of a clinic in this city.
I have never been so happy with the honesty from a clinic than I am with Helix. The doctors there are extremely thorough, asked me my goals and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. I was expecting to pay my normal amount (about $800 for my Botox) but they figured I didn't need that many units and I am so grateful I trusted them. The results are amazing! Thank you so much for your time. They are truly gifted practitioners.

Recently visited this location while in town, heard lots about the IV’s and the friendly staff. Their clinic is clean, staff is super friendly and I enjoyed the experience. They are very knowledgeable and after trying the IV’s which they made for me specially, I did feel great later that day. For those who are into these treatments and clinics, this location is amazing in the area and I highly recommend it. I look forward to going back and seeing the results!

Went for an IV drip about 3 weeks after having a surgery because my body was so ill and pain meds were making it hard to eat or sleep. I was a little nervous going in but they were super professional, listened to all my concerns and came up with a custom IV for me. I immediately went home and had the best sleep I had had in months and felt better than I had in weeks after waking up. Will definitely be back.

I have been going to the Helix clinic for about 3 years for various treatments including Botox, filler, laser hair removal and massage.

Dr. Hatton is amazing at what he does. He listened to everything I was concerned about after having a horrible experience in another clinic. I was reassured it wouldn’t happen with him, and of course, it didn’t. I am always happy with my results leaving the clinic. Whether it’s Botox or filler, he’s your guy.

I began to see Lori for hair removal. She’s always so kind and pleasant to be around and makes the experience as relaxing as it can be, and you feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend seeing her for all your hair removal needs.

I saw Kiki for my first massage in 3 years. I’ve had a back/pelvis problem since 2021. I tried everything to fix it (chiropractor, physio, massage) and it would only help relieve pain for a day or two. I saw Kiki once, she took one look at me and figured out what my problem was. I’ve been almost pain free since. I haven’t felt this much relief since the problem began. I will be a regular client of hers from now on. She’s great at what she does, is super friendly and bubbly. Highly recommend.

I believe the clinic has great prices for the quality of product, and staff they have.
