Jasmine was incredibly patient and professional while dealing with an abrasive customer in front of me. She was cautious of the pain I was in while being fitted for a brace and made the process as quick as possible. If I do unfortunately need medical supplies again, this will be the place

Just ordered 5 cambridge masks,all are too big or too small. I've had issues before with these masks but never on all masks. Buyer beware!

Amazing...my review of Cooper Medical was removed. Really curious as I guess they don't want people to know they are liars. Don't trust them...they will not do anything to assist you. Been going there for years to get compressions stocking and was told lie after lie by Katie. What is regretable is that I had to chase after any kind of answer instead of your company being proactive...I have found someone who is willing to help me. I was not even given the option to pick up the authorization so I could deliver it. I was just ignored until I EMAILED Katie...so no I am not happy. what would have solved the whole thing is if someone had COMMUNICATED that there was an issue on your side and then I would have been given a choice on how to proceed, instead I was IGNORED. Lost a customer and yes, I did feel this was my best option to get anyone's attention as no one felt the need to reach out to me.

friendly, helpful staff ! would love to see more disability equipment products and the addition of service technicians esp. for manual and electric chairs. (even without a showroom full of display chairs, the value added to the community could be immense, as there are only two other such dealers in town).

You, Carol and Staff, have gone beyond just being a fantastic medical store, for me. I moved here in 1981 from Ottawa, your name was given to me as a recommendation, assuring me I was being put in the capable hands of a respected person and company.
Little did I know, that the man, (Paul and Cooper Medical Supplies) would become a friendship, as well as a customer service.
Paul, you know the struggles I endured throughout the years, and I am forever grateful for you and Carol and Cooper Medical Supplies being there for me every step of the way.
I have enjoyed being a customer since 1981 and will continue to support Cooper Medical Supplies with my medical needs.

Overall Excellent, with the following points:

Great selection of products, both in the range of product categories as well as an at least very satisfactory level of variety per product.

Most disposable supplies can be purchased by the box, or individually. This is perfect for customizing and restocking first-aid kits, supplies that are used infrequently, and allows me obtain a very wide variety of products, such as a range of syringe sizes and types along with needles in a full range of gauges, which I could never afford to do if buying each by the box!
These items are of course either packaged individually to maintain sterile conditions, or those which do not require sterile packaging.

The staff is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and are happy to either help you find what you're looking for, or let you browse without feeling pressured. In fact, one day after shopping for many individually packaged items, thinking of quantity and budget which took me a while, I realized while paying for the items that it was about 20 minutes after closing time, but I was never reminded, hurried or pressured. I apologized when I realized this, but was kindly told that it's fine, not to worry about it.
NOTE: While I say this about their exceptional patience, I do not mean to encourage anyone to take advantage of their kindness!!

There are countless examples of items that I have not seen in in other stores. Some times I am excited to see something I have been looking for, while other times I am excited to find a product that is entirely new to me.

This is retailer is very valuable to me as a friendly and professional environment, and I particularly appreciate the individual "only what I need" option for purchasing all the various niche type supplies.

"More variety and products would be nice" could be said for absolutely any retailer, especially when it comes to my way of shopping, but aside from that, this store would be at least a 4/5 stars on selection of products, and close enough to a 5/5.

While the service from Bobby-Jo was cordial and professional. I couldn’t say the same for the receptionist. Being rude and flippant towards customers is not the way to earn and keep business. Local companies complain about consumers shopping on the internet instead of supporting local. Well, with attitudes like that, I don’t blame people. Customer service skills are what keep clientele, otherwise might as well shop online.
