They're incredible and committed to you achieving your goals. Last year, I ran my first marathon. Their help in training and recovery was tremendous--compression and red light treatments helped me optimize my training. However, I'm also an incomplete quadriplegic (high functioning, with sensory deficiencies in my hands/legs), so I notice the benefits for circulation and stimulating my nervous system. I had a pretty bad case of pityriasis on my chest and back. I came to the recovery spa to utilize their light therapy AARC bed. I used the bed a total of six times over the course of 4 weeks. My rash has made a full recovery with no scarring. I also regularly moisturized and hydrated to supplement the light therapy.

I was also dealing with excessive stress. I made other changes in my life but I do think that this spa and its treatments positively altered my mood and outlook.

The space is tidy and organized. I would recommend trying out their treatments.

Dog friendly, always very clean and tidy, there's free tea and flavored water, the care and attention are what draws me in. The latest thing I like is the dog bed, it's a therapeutic bed for your beast to sit in and get some healing energy from whatever the device is, vibrations I think? Anyway, nice to know they care.

The near infra red LED bed is what I usually go for, they supply oxygen by way of one of them nose tube deals. Near infra red apparently activates sub cellular melatonin helping to really turbocharge your healing, accelerate free radical scavenging. I went in with some tendonitis of my index finger and thumb from overdoing it working the day prior but 20 minites in the LED bed and now I can barely discern there is a strain there, quite effective 👍

After a soccer injury, I went to the recovery spa for the 4 session pack on the NovoTHOR and it help take the inflammation down, plus I notice other great side benefits. Taking 15 to 20 minutes on the NovoTHOR became my go to when it comes to recovery.

Moving forward, I am happy to find a place where I can go and recover and enhance my over all health for years to come.

I love the supplements recommendations for exercising, sleep and recovery. Highly recommend and I am glad there is place in Kelowna where they have the NovoTHOR.
