GO SEE GRAHAM!! HE'S A SHINING STAR IN THE HEALTHCARE SPACE!! As a Registered Nurse, I am taking the time to write a review to offer advice to anyone who is trying to navigate through equipment purchases. You want Graham in your corner. He was a gift to us. The uncertainty of a loved ones changing health condition is a heart wrenching time, and having someone like Graham to guide you through the difficult journey was so helpful. He is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and approachable. I have a high level of respect for someone like Graham who works diligently to improve the lives of people in their community. After I read the core values of National Seating & Mobility, it is worth noting that he represents them well by following their core values of honour, excellence, accountability, respect, teamwork and service. WELL DONE GRAHAM!! Keep up the great work!! I truly hope management will honour his service in some capacity.

Graham plant was an excellent salesman and Jennie was an excellent installer. Had thick concrete tiles to drill through for the stair lift. It took awhile for her to drill through and she was sweating but made it with no cracks in the tiles. Excellent all the way through. If ever I need repairs sure hope their service will be just as great. Would highly reccomend !

Our service experience with National Seating & Mobility, Kelowna location has been exceptional! Jennie the service technician went above and beyond to repair my mother’s Broda chair. I would highly recommend Jennie and this Kelowna location. You will not be disappointed for sure!! Thank you to the team for such great service! This is an easy 5 star review!!!

All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful but their installation man, Ian Ramage is 10 out of 10. He installed a ramp and was able to custom size it for my door step!!! He also installed a wall bar in my bathroom. I’m so grateful for his expertise and skill.

This Company is the worst for purchasing mobility products especially if you need to have something repaired. Called 1.5 months ago left 4 VM finally after approximately 2 weeks got a call back. Technician came. Well I am still having issues with my walker. Called me back last Monday from the VM I left 1.5 months explained problem was not fixed. Guess what still no call back. This is totally unacceptable especially when you use your walker daily and it is dangerous to use!!! I have an update on this review. In the past couple of weeks I finally got a call back from Graham. After all these months of using a walker to me was dangerous Graham stepped up to the plate and replaced it with a new walker which I know feel safe when using. I will give Graham a 5 star ⭐ rating but I would like to change my first review but it took to long to solve the problem. Thanks Graham you are a awesome person.

We needed emergent service of the joystick to our daughter’s power chair. We had never been before, we are from out of town and it was Friday. Knowing parts are usually weeks away, they came up with options for us and ultimately were able to fix the joystick that day. Amazing! We will make the 3 1/2 hour trip to continue working with them for all our mobility needs.
