Glenmore made and installed two wood windows for our character home in Kelowna. Al had come out to make specific measurements to ensure the design was similar to what we already had in place. Installation was intricate as a result of irregularities in an old house. We are very pleased with the entire process. The team at Glenmore were professional and also personable to deal with.

Our doors took 4 months longer than estimated to arrive but once they did the installation was done promptly. Don was exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable , punctual and attention to detail was second to none. If it wasn’t for the extended product delay this would have been a 5 star service.

I do not recommend doing any business with this company.
At first I just thought they were short staffed, but it turns out they are just completely inept and run a very poor business.
They verified all window measurements, they wouldn't send someone out to measure, I had to do myself before they would quote. Even with their verification, they still ordered a window that was the wrong size, and replacement would take months. Setting the appointment was grueling. Dates being pushed back, very poor communication, I was constantly following up and waiting days for a reply. They hired a third party contractor to do the install, who basically did the minimums to get the job done. Left the area around each window a complete mess with dust and debris. They would be cutting stucco at one window while the one beside is removed, so dust is getting inside the home and all over furniture, bedding, etc. Multiple windows had cracks or chips and were identified right away. Months went by without contact, and when we finally followed up ourselves, they hadn't yet even ordered the glass, just complete incompetence. Finally 8 months later, a date was set to do the widow replacements. Even though I re-confirmed the date and time of the install, they were a no show. We've paid over $20,000 and that is all that seems to matter to this company. Get paid, disregard any customer service. For context, this is the first time in my life I have left a poor review of a company. I understand businesses face challenges. This company is just completely inept and poorly run.
