Bought 2 pkgs of skinless boneless chicken breasts from Walmart. Will never purchase this brand ever again nor will I ever buy meat from Walmart ever again. The chicken was disgusting! After it was cooked, it had a hard coating and when I cut it it just shredded. I have cooked other brands of skinless boneless chicken more times than I can count over my lifetime. Never have I experienced this problem. Gross! I had to give it at least one star to post but if it were possible I would give it zero stars!

This has to have been the worst tasting turkey my family have ever eaten and if I could give it a negative...I WOULD. The meat was tough, stringy and I would even go so far as to say it had a wild game flavour to it. There were 4 adults and we dined on an 11 pound bird. I’ve never had guests leave turkey on their plates before, so it was a really easy decision to toss the leftovers in the trash. What a waste of time and money. Should have bought a butterball bird instead of trying something new.

Lilydale Ground Chicken we purchased from Walmart in Penticton, BC, had pieces of bone in both packages. Very disappointed! We have always bought Lilydale products in the past, as they USED to have quality products. That being said, we will no longer be supporting Lilydale products. We will be looking for local growers.

Does Lillydale Canada still employ Elite farm services and Sofina foods in the transport and production of Lillydale chicken? These companies have been charged with henious animal abuse violations. Do you support this?

Ripping live and conscious chickens apart, such as tearing their limbs from their bodies
Throwing live chickens into the air, tossing them like footballs
Kicking and hitting chickens, and slamming them into objects
Stomping on chickens
Forcing chickens into violent sexual acts with one another

Lilydale Supervisor present during animal abuse...will never buy one of your products ever again, and that includes the KIrkland brand sold at Costco..your company has obviously known about this for a long time .. and has a history of animal abuse.. not only should the so called Supervisor be fired but so should the person they report to..disgusting. Criminal charges are in order for everyone involved and their business should be shut down and taken away from them ..including corporate brass of Elite Farms and Mr. Dueck.

I was taught to respects all living thing event though they became our food on the table. They are a living things, they feel pains and suffering Who would have thought that Lilydale name is now mean the most unethical company that choose to see pain, suffering and inhumane treatments toward animals. Your company is not worth my money ...

Worst turkey we have ever had. Had a terrible 'gamey' flavor. It was inedible -- just awful. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
