I experienced a severe case of dry eye and suddenly developed a corneal abrasion in my right eye last Friday, which was extremely painful. Fortunately, I received thorough examination and care from Dr. Hardin S. Thind, who is very professional and carefully assessed both of my eyes. Unlike some other eye doctors who might only focus on the affected eye, he took the time to evaluate my overall condition.

Understanding my fear and discomfort, Dr. Thind provided patient explanations and a gentle touch, which helped me feel more confident in opening my eye and following his instructions. After the treatment, my right eye felt much better.

He also educated me on how to manage my dry eye, recommending Omega-3 supplements, eye drops, and the use of a warm towel under my eyes before bed. I am truly grateful for the care and support from Dr. Thind and his team during this challenging time.

Dr Thind is very good but the office is disorganized. He started to examine me and was called out to see someone else. Then he needed a follow up appointment but it couldn't be made because the computer to access appointments wasn't working. I was told to call them when I got home. I gave them some time then called but they had no idea what I was talking about so said they'd check with Dr Thindcand call me back. I'm still waiting!

I was having an eye problem and saw Dr. Antal on November 27, 2024.
Dr. Antal referred me to the doctor who did my cataract surgery previously (Dr. Mok).
I saw Dr. Mok on December 18, 2024. Dr. Mok found I had scar tissue over the lens and did laser treatment the same day. My left eye is 100% better.

Dr. Antal was so caring and I can't thank her enough for making sure I got in to see Dr. Mok quickly. Her dedication is very much appreciated.

Had my eye checked and felt very annoyed by the receptionist. She is very very pushy
Keep asking for booking of next appointment after I told her that I need call back and I have to check my schedule . This Indian receptionist was on duty June 4th very unprofessional . Also had to wait for more than half an hour in waiting room .

Below average experience with Dr. Chatha. Asked the receptionist whether the optometrist would provide PD after the eye exam and they said yes. Chatha conveniently forgot to write it, making me have to rush back to the office. Wasting my time after paying for an eye exam.

As a new patient also said dilation eye drops not needed. And that he would do it next year. Doesn’t care about eye health and I won’t be booking a next year visit.

Dr. Antal has been fantastic for our family. We had a concern with my son at 6 months old, she got us in the same day, and got us to a specialist within 24 hours. She's got great bedside manner, and I highly reccomend her.
