I have been a patient of dr Clutterham and dr Mudie for about 11 years and I feel so lucky to have such caring, smart and reliable doctors on my family’s team. They’ve gone above and beyond what I would expect of primary care and I hope to be able to have them as our family doctor for years to come! The staff at the office are busy gals and I can only imagine some of the stuff they have to put up with. Give them grace and patience and you will get the same in return.

Nightmare. Dr Carkner doesn't take my medical concerns seriously and their receptionists are impossible, condescending and the rudest people I've ever endured. Come here to battle for every appointment 3-weeks away, only to be unheard & dismissed by your doctor. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm desperately trying to find a different GP. It hurts so much to be constantly dismissed for my issues & fight for medical "help". Kill me now.

Reading these negative reviews prompted me to post my own experience these past two weeks. I’ve been a patient for decades, going back when my doctor was Dale Stogryn and they were on Austin Street. The transition to new site & new doctors was seamless.

Last week, I had a minor problem to deal with. Went to the on-line booking on Monday, found a time on Thursday. Took 5 minutes to book. My appointment on Thursday was prompt & quick. Done in half an hour.

This morning, was babysitting my granddaughter and she had an issue my daughter wanted dealt with. I called the office at 9:00. Luckily her doctor had a last minute cancellation at 11:40. Appointment time was perfect. Reception took us in right away as she saw that baby was upset (2 years old). Doctor came, dealt with a couple of concerns and made recommendations. She put in writing for me for my daughter. In and out in about 30-40 minutes.

I’m sorry others have had bad experiences. I don’t concur as my experiences have been 5 star! Thank-you Good Health Family Medicine!

I came into the clinic this morning to inquire about booking an appointment. I was with my two children (both under 5) and my youngest commented he had to go potty. I asked a receptionist if he could use the restroom inside the clinic. She replied with, “Are you a patient here?” And suggested I take him to the Superstore washroom. I am very disappointed in the lack of compassion and customer service at this office.

Couldn’t even get appt with any dr in this clinic when mine Dr De Jager had emg was told & obviously no replacement as said Rdc would c anyone & n/a until next week when told & ccabc nurse said I needef to be seen urgently for possible bowel blockage, not acceptable as used to have emg spots when called early morn & told not until Tuesday could c a dr there!
Had to go to Erh emg & was there 9 hrs when not well but finally got scan I needed there, as ccabc Dr ordered more labs too as again no dr available at Good Health family medicine

Dropped me as a client because I am young and don't visit often. This was very inconvenient as I needed a prescription that was vital to my health. I was forced to use a walk-in clinic which is problematic for a young person who works full time. I am happy Dr. Merth has retired, but the new staff at this facility treated me in a capacity that was inhumane, and made me feel deplorable. I have been using Dr. Merth for over 10 years. This made me feel expendable.

Don’t go here, go anywhere else. Such a waste of time. Find a doctor that actually cares about your well-being. Dr Kelly is one of the most dismissive doctors I have ever encountered, and my entire family would also attest to this as all 5 of us have had similar experiences under his “care”. He’s way too quick to write a prescription for every little thing, not even bothering to understand the patient’s condition. I was suffering from cystic acne that made my self confidence plummet. When I asked to see a dermatologist, Dr Kelly refused to give me a referral and instead prescribed me a cream that caused me physical pain. When I returned and asked again to see a derm, informing him of my reaction to the medication, he told me again that he would not refer me as “derms are for serious skin conditions” and instead prescribed me another topical cream. I soon switched doctors and when I brought this up, she was astonished by the lack of professionalism and wrote me a referral on the spot. Highly suggest not wasting your time here.
