I was hoping for a last minute/same day appointment to have a problem with my eye looked at and they got me in right away! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Moore was fantastic. A great experience 😊

Dr. Shannon provides outstanding service, personable, and took genuine interest in my vision issues, she spent over a hour explaining my options and displaying my vision problems on her monitor.

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Shannon Moore. She is just an incredibly personable woman, attentive and efficient and ready and willing to solve your problems. I took my daughter to see her as well and she is honestly the best doctor I have met in my 38 years!
The staff is also sweet and fun and very accommodating. 10/5 stars for Comox Valley Optometry.

They updated my prescription, I didn’t realize how blind I was, and left with glasses and a prescription so perfect I could see sounds 10/10 recommend

And here we are.
My wife reccomended me the place as the staff can book you in a relatively short time.
Long story short, the glasses( 3 pairs) I had from before the appoitment from different locations out of town were not so good.
But the doctor spend time to understand what I need it for and gave me "The best glasses ".
Sincerely, I now were them every time of day.

Staff were accommodating and managed to fit me in with only 20 minutes notice. The optometrist was able to solve my issue (something stuck in my eye) within 10 or so minutes. Instant relief. Very efficient team. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Vinge and her staff offer a stellar service. I recently had an eye exam and purchased 2 pairs of glasses from CVO. Dr. Vinge's exam was comfortable, non stressful and well explained throughout. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I felt that I understood the process well as she performed the exam.
The staff helped me pick out glasses, guiding me toward the right ones to meet my needs, keeping in mind both style and function.
The fitting process was seamless as well. The assistant made sure that she was ordering what I wanted, confirming it twice, just to be sure (the 2 pairs were not exactly the same).
She clearly explained the options and costs. I always felt that I understood what was going to happen and what the total would be.
I would highly recommend this office.

My husband and I went to Dr. Vinge last November based on a recommendation from a local. She is smart and sharp and professional. I think I got the best prescription I've ever had for my glasses... my vision is noticeably better. Recommended.
