An exceptional business.Ive purchased a Kabota tractor and a number of implements from North Island Tractor.
As I live remotely,the after sales advice is especially important.
Phil in the service department has shone in this regard.He’s talked me through procedures and recently face timed me so he could see the problem and demonstrate the fix.His knowledge of the products is amazing.

We have a fairly new BX 23S sub compact tractor which had a fuel issue. I called North Island Tractor expecting the usual “oh, we can’t do anything for months and months“ that most businesses seem to get by on these days , but not this one, the chief engineer/technician Phil, offered to come out and fix the problem in my garage, the very next day, When buying the tractor, we had the option ..go orange or green, we chose orange because of the proximity to us of the store, this proved to be the best decision we’ve ever made. The after service is superb and the staff friendly, well trained and always helpful , I can’t recommend this place enough.

I did not purchase my B2601 tractor from these guys, but for any future purchases, they’ll have my business. I just had some service work done and a minor repair. They were super quick to respond, arranged for trailer transport to get my tractor to them and back, all on very short notice. Called on a Wednesday, had my tractor back on the farm washed, looking and running like new by Friday lunchtime.
The guys are friendly, helpful and real pros. Thank you. Much appreciated!

I was so impressed with the service department and the manager Phil in particular. My 3301 quit in the middle of my driveway redo on a Friday afternoon and after talking on the phone with Phil well past 6 we managed a work around to keep me going. He was even willing to drive down to Qualicum Beach on Saturday to get me going! WOW!!

North Island Tractor is an excellent company. Kubota tractors are of such high quality they sell themselves, but that is just the beginning of a major purchase. Their sales department is outstanding, and both Russ and Robson are organized, helpful, and follow through with returning calls and emails. The shop HD Technicians did a first class job on building out my new tractor, and counter sales put together a package of all filters and fluids required up to the two hundred hour maintenance check. This is important as I live several hours away. Furthermore, when I had a few questions about some of the rigging and torque specs Robson returned my call immediately. On delivery date they arrived within 5 minutes of the projected time. I am very satisfied with all aspects of this purchase, and the B2601 is exactly the right machine for our property and applications.
