Our experience with Bennett Sheet Metal and Heating was great from beginning to end. Brian, who gave us the quote also gave us good advice re: where to install our mini split heat pump. When it came time for the install the crew were efficient and easy to work with...as was Lila in the office. We are very happy with our new heat pump and are glad we ordered it from this company. We definitely would recommend Bennett's to anyone in the market for a heat pump upgrade.

We have been dealing with Bennet sheet metal and heating for over 16 years. When we bought our home they installed our gas furnace and our central air unit. They have been servicing both every year since then. Pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Cheers to the whole team!!

Tristan was very professional. He introduced himself on arrival, asked us to assist with deciding the best placement and updated us on timings. You would think that this would be standard but it has not been our experience lately. He kept the area clean and the whole installation experience was great!

The technician and personnel at the front desk were very polite and courteous however, my satisfaction with Bennett Sheet Metal & Heating rates the lowest. First before a technician is dispatched to conduct a diagnosis on a heat pump for the amount of $146.22. I was required to give my credit card information. My heat pump was malfunctioning due to freezing inside the unit. Once parts arrived, technician came over to replace parts diagnosed to be faulty at a cost of $1974.13. Tentative Repair were done on Thursday December 19 2024, the following Monday I notified Bennett of that the initial problem was still persisting. Then the office staff that there would be an other diagnosis required at once again at $146.22 . After speaking to the manager of the establishment, I was informed that it could be a two step process. I feel like I have been had in the same manner the scammers proceed on the internet or phone calls. The pictures below were taken on Jan 13th 2025.

The service was fast, friendly and capable. Initially we had our furnace, heat pump and fireplace serviced. We then had a furnace motor replaced as a result of the diagnostics done during the service. The bearings were shot and Bennett obtained a new motor on warranty for us, without our even asking. Their follow up and attention to the customer is first class and I enthusiastically recommend them.

We were very pleased with the heat pump maintenance service provide by Bennett Sheet Metal. The service person Jared did a thorough job inspection our heating system and took the time to show us how to optimize the thermostat panel to suit our specific need. The service was friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services.
