First-rate experience from start to finish!

Kyle and his team were professional, courteous and respectful from the estimate to the planning and installation of our multi-split heat pump system. All our questions were welcomed and answered promptly, including those I had during the post-install application for the provincial energy rebate. I would 100% recommend KL Mechanical for your HVAC project! They consulted with us and made excellent decisions about the details of the install, and they truly went above and beyond. Great experience with Kyle and his pro crew, they even had a high school 'gofer' along learning about the trades. They retro-fitted a new heat pump to our existing central forced air system, we are looking forward to some cooling in the house this summer in addition to the redundant heating capability. Would highly recommend in the Comox Valley.
